I recently got the DIIKEN JCRing Smart Ring Fitness Tracker, and I have to say, it’s pretty cool! I’m not a tech expert, but I found it easy to use and quite helpful.
The ring looks great and feels light. I barely notice I’m wearing it, which is nice because I can wear it all day without any discomfort. The size 11 fit me perfectly.
It tracks steps, heart rate, and even body temperature. I compared it with my phone’s tracker, and it seems accurate so far.
The sleep tracking is really neat. It shows how much deep and light sleep I get, and grades the sleep from 0-100 which I found interesting.
The battery lasts a few days, which is decent, and the charging case is small and handy.
Overall, I’m really happy with the DIIKEN JCRing Smart Ring. It’s a great gadget for anyone wanting to keep an eye on their fitness and health without fussing over complicated tech. I’d definitely recommend it!

So, the listing price for this is $20 when I got it. Holy cow. That is unbelieveably low. I have tried other low end smart rings that I bought for $30-50, and this one is better than those. It is thinner, looks better, and has more features. It seems to accurately report heart rate, heart beat variation, stress, steps, and spo2.
In the past I have gotten a size 10 that was a little too large and loose without falling off. This time I got a 9. It is slightly too tight. If fits snugly and doesn’t flop about, but I can’t get it off without wetting my skin and fussing with it. I wish there was a 9.5 option.
Ok, now for the bad parts. Firstly, the app allows you to share data with google fit. This doesn’t work because google blocks the app claiming that it attempts to access sensitive personal data from your account. Tried several times, but it just doesn’t work.
Lastly, the temperature reading. This ring confidently reports that my body temperature is zero degrees F. Not even reporting the room temperature, just nothing. Zero.
For it’s low low price, I still recommend it, but I take off a star for each broken feature.
UPDATE: A day later. After some research, the body temperature is a funny little thing, where instead of showing your body temperature (as the name would imply), it shows a small positive or negative number to represent you changes from baseline (which it refuses to tell you what the baseline is).
I think this is stupid, but it seems this is also how the name brand $300+ rings show body temperature, so I have adjusted my review to 4 stars. Not being able to share with Google Fit because Google thinks you are accessing personal info maliciously, not great, but after wearing this ring for over 24 hours, it seems to record accurate and detailed information on every metric it uses. Highly recommend
UPDATE: OK. When I reviewed this, the listing price was $20, although I got it free in exchange for an honest review as part of the Amazon vine program. Today the listing price is $230. More than a thousand percent increase. Honestly, it makes sense as the $20 price was unbelievably low. For the current price, I can’t recommend it until the get it to play nice with Google fit, but otherwise it does seem like an accurate price for the quality of the ring.
