In life you usually get what you pay for, took a while to arrive in the UK, but i arrived safely and its been great to use.

I needed a new baking pan, although this one is being used for seasoning and carting meat to my new smoker & back. It’s thick guage steel, and has an aluminized non-stick coating, that clwans up very easily. Comes with a matching cooling rack with the same coating. High quality!

Just opened it, I had ordered the extra large but that was too big, now got this half sheet size it’s perfect for my oven and boy am I impressed.
Both the sheets that arrived had immense quality. They are so heavy and sturdy you can instantly tell it’s gonna last years and will retain heat much better than any of this flimsy cheap sheets you get with oven or in aftermarket.
I have been using my USA loaf pans made of the same material and I know this retain heat in great amount and cooks evenly.
It is expensive no doubt but if you are going to bake a lot, you will cherish all USA pan investments. The results are tad bit better. Every time.

I don’t tend to bother writing reviews because I usually feel meh about most things I buy these days. But these air fry pans are fantastic, much better than I expected. I bought two of the same size because I’m often making wings for four or five people; one for each rack in my oven with air fryer. They’re heavyweight, very nice, sturdy quality. NOTHING sticks to them, not even burned on grease. I just scrape anything off with my fingers (not good if you’re one to chomp on that stuff); and this is without greasing the pan at all. Since nothing sticks to them, washing them is super easy. They are a bit large and unwieldy for my sink but I wouldn’t give these up for anything. I’ve seen some reviews where people have said the mesh rack sits too close to the pan but it hasn’t been a problem for me at all; everything cooks up nicely. In these days of products being just barely any good, I completely recommend these pans.

I was not expecting such a high quality product. This is by far the nicest pan and rack that I have ever owned. Made in the USA, very warp resistant nice none stick on the rack and pan. I use it for reverse sear cooking and it’s perfect.

**Update #2: so I realized looking at this again, that my initial assent was right and wrong at the same time, I’ve deleted most of my initial review to not confuse or give out misinformation. It is aluminized steel, which is a piece of carbon steel that is hot dipped in an aluminum bath. Like 1300 degrees or so. So essentially has a thin layer of aluminum over carbon steel and then it’s sprayed with a non stick coating… there is not layers sandwiched. The edge of the pan is knurled over a round piece of carbon steel to hold the round edge, which at first glance made it look like a sandwiched piece.
So all that said and done, it works great for baking cookies! Does better than my nonstick pans. It’s a real hefty sheet pan for sure.
If you look at my cookie picture, the 6 on the right got browner and didn’t spread as much, whereas the 6 on the left spread and cooked more evenly and were perfect, which was done by this lab. Ignore the 2 test subjects in the middle, poor things had to be sacrificed for quality assurance purposes.

I bought this pan specifically for making crispy baked chicken (from a link in the recipe I had found). Works great to let the fat drip off and allow air circulation all around the skin-on chicken legs I baked. They came out delicious with minimal prep needed (buy skin-on chicken leg quarters, rub on oil, salt, pepper and other seasonings of your choice, place on baking sheet with rack and bake). Cleanup of the sheet is easy and straightforward. Cleanup of the rack is a little more time-consuming because I move the soapy dish cloth in multiple directions over every inch of each side, giving special attention to the feet in case any food is stuck in them. Then I run water over every spot, while rubbing with my hand to ensure all the soap is off. Then I examine carefully under good lighting and touch-up any missed spots. The non-stick coating definitely helps to make cleaning this set easier, as I’ve been able to clean them without any soaking or heavy scrubbing needed. Just time-consuming because there are so many nooks and crannies and I’m thorough to go over everything well. I am really glad I have a large sink to wash/rinse these in, or I’d have soap and water splashed everywhere with a smaller sink. After washing/rinsing I towel dry immediately (well, the pan at least… the grid gets more of a blot-dry).
Overall, very happy with this set. Seems sturdy, cleans up well for something with so many nooks and crannies, and makes yummy crispy baked chicken.

my whole life I’ve had hand-me-down or cheapo baking sheets. Then I had to get cooling racks that were lucky to match up. Getting them in the same pack saves some effort there. They fit together perfectly!
They’re also both rust and stain resistant. I made some bacon on these one day and then dropped them in the sink to soak and then promptly forgot and left them over night. In the morning I just rinsed them off and there were no marks, rust spots, anything!
Super sturdy pan and the rack Isn’t flimsy by any means but still is light-weight.
The pan is a touch wide for the costco brand aluminum foil, for those wondering. It’s basically the same width, so, you can’t really fold the foil up over the edges, you have to crease the foil yourself. Not a big deal though, I prefer the bigger pan anyways.
It’s a baking pan and rack combo. it does what those tools do. But they’re easy to clean, high quality, and rust resistant. plus they fit like a glove. Highly recommend.
