Only knock is durability (once a heavy weight clips it not much you can do) but for the price easily buy 2 more replacements

I do HIIT workouts daily and utilize most of this setup consistently. It has been sturdy, has a lot of flexibility, and has enabled me to stay focused and engaged in my workouts much better than they were prior to getting this kit.
I absolutely recommend it. I did read through the previous reviews prior to purchasing, so was expecting some trouble with setup as well as with potentially weak, fragile pieces but everything has been great so far, even with me hobbling and tripping over them toward the end of my workout. They’re sturdier than I am, that’s for sure.
