I really appreciated how easy it was too set up. And also how a key is provided to tighten up the bolts. Sound is good and response is accurate. The only con would be I wish the snare was bigger. Other than that great beginner drumset!
Also the customer service was phenomenal for me! I happened to not notice I switched the hi hat and foot cable and the team were able to troubleshoot with me and figured it out! Thanks guys! Great service!

My son decided two weeks before Christmas that he wanted this drum set. I ordered it and it shipped immediately. Unfortunately, a few days later I got an email from Amazon that it had been damaged during shipping and was being returned. At this point, it was only a week until Christmas and I wasn’t feeling optimistic. However, I immediately reordered it and it shipped the same day and got here two days before Christmas! This company is amazing at customer service!
My son has never played drums before, but he said the set was super easy to set up and has an amazing sound! He enjoys it for hours every day!

…as other reviews have stated the instructions on how to assemble are not very clear but I was able to figure it out. It is advertised as a beginner set not necessarily for kids but it is short. I am 5’8″ with long legs and I had to buy some 4x4x4 wooden blocks to give it more height as you can see in the picture. Also, the headphone cord is not long enough.
I have to wrap it under the tom toms so the cord does not get in the way of my playing and it can be tight sometimes. Also the different features and programs are not too clear on the instructions. Some I figured out accidentally and others I’m still trying to figure out. But, all and all I get a good sound on all the drum pads and have been able to practice with some of the adjustments I’ve made. The hi-hat does not seem to work like a normal hi-hat. You have to hit it with the drumstick in order to get the sound you would normally get from releasing the foot peddle. All of that said I’m not completely dissatisfied with it.
