I have absolutely no CONS for this grill. We liked it so much we bought 2 !! It is easy to assemble, easy to clean and easy to use. The 2 U shaped burners heat the flat top up much better than any other grill I’ve ever had. The wheels on it are really good quality so you can actually move it around very easily and it doesn’t wobble.
My husband cooks his breakfast and lunch on it every day now. Eggs, sausage, bacon, hamburgers ! No problem. What is really nice is you just scrape the grease off into the little hole in the back center into the little aluminum grease pan and throw it away and put another in when it gets full.
Since the grease is not dripping down on the burners and inside the grill every time you cook we can actually
keep it in the garage and it doesn’t smoke or stink. Plus I expect the burners will last twice as long too. We
normally always end up replacing the burners because they get full of gunk and quit lighting.

Bought this Blackstone griddle for camp shortly after receiving another Blackstone as a gift from a relative. It’s been awesome this summer cooking everything from varieties of fried rice, fish, steak, fajitas, burgers, etc. I cook for a family of four and this has plenty of space for any meal we cook. The best part is keeping the heat of the kitchen outside the house while cooking a wide variety of foods.
It’s important to note that I have had a few learnings. First, I’m an instruction follower so I seasoned the new Blackstone according to the directions. It’s remarkably non-stick when they are followed. Also, I had several occasions where it seemed cold and wasn’t heating up properly. The regulator has a safety device that activates when turned on too fast. This drops the gas pressure and produces poor results. Simply bleed the gas and start over slowly.

Everything I expected! Even though I would have liked the 4 burner black stone the 2 burner 28” is more than enough to cook anything and everything I wanted to! Super easy to clean super easy to use. I’d recommend purchasing only black stone accessories, I got an of brand version of the black stone accessories and they do not compare!

My wife and I love this. Once seasoned properly the food tastes and smells amazing. Easy to cook and clean and then no dishes to clean after. These are worth the hype. We paid 200 on sale so wait until it’s close to that. Get the silicone mat for the griddle to cover and the actual grill cover and it’ll hold up much better.

This griddle is perfect for your outdoor kitchen. I bought the natural gas conversion kit to go with my griddle so I could hook it up to our home gas line. Takes only a few minutes to get blazing hot so you are cooking right away. Easy to clean. I bought a cover to protect my griddle and I suggest everyone else should too. Makes great smash burgers.
