Fabric is durable. Zippers work very well without catching. Bolsters have their own zippered pockets, as does the bottom pad. Seems like it’ll be easily washable if needed. My trailer arrives in two days, so I can’t comment on how well it fits… but I have high hopes given the brand’s reputation and my experience so far 🙂

The Burley mat was thinner and harder then I realized it would be, but luckily I also purchased the Chillz Dog Cooling mat Large. Which fit perfectly inside the Burley mat cover.
I highly recommend the match.

Got today and works with XL. But not sitting perfectly for wheel fenders inside cabin. Bottom sponge has notch but not big enough. So cut more by myself to improve fitting.

You have to have the bed in the Burly. It would impossible for a dog to feel safe on a board that moves at times with bumps. Get the bed. It vacuums off easily. I just run the whole vacuum over it. No issues.
