I’m going to rate the product for what it is now, rather than the process of breaking it in. The sneaker can have miles put on it, but the leather is very tough and takes time to form to your foot. There’s a lot less wear on them from what I’d expect for 3 months of wear at 20K steps a day so far. You will most likely need moleskin on hot spots during the break in process. It would leave pretty gnarly blisters on my heels when I first got them after about 15K steps a day. However, I started wearing moleskin and now they’re really good and broke in. Just be aware that it’s a process. If you don’t walk a lot, it’s probably not a big deal at all as I didn’t start having pain until 10-15k steps in a day. But, I absolutely love the shoes now that I went through this. I’m very confident on how they will hold up moving forward.

Bought 9.5 wide, nor, ally do not wear wide, it these are long and narrow. Unlike Cole Haan purchased in the past (5 + pairs-not this model) these are very stiff, offer little support (better with inserts) and aren’t comfortable. They are nice looking though…

A bit narrow, but my feet run a bit wide. Quality seemed a bit low for Cole Haan but the price is right for casual white shoes. One of the shoelaces frayed and snapped on the ~5th use so I have to replace them which isn’t great.

Beautiful and SO comfortable

I needed some shoes to wear with chino style pants that were not to dressy and not to sport like. These fit the bill perfectly. They are comfy, light weight and a nice balance between dress and athletic shoe.

My husband already had these in a whiskey color and loved them. The black ones were a logical addition. True to size, well-made and comfortable. They look awesome with jeans or slacks. A great purchase!

I recently started going to office and I was looking for something not too formal.
The price here is better than on their website. The shoe feel pretty good in looks.
Fit: Although I am not wide foot but after a 15-20 walk, I feel them tight sometime.
Size: I usually wear 1- in adidas and nike. 10 on this was big so I went with 9.5 and it fits right in length to me.
