My hairdresser recommended this as I am on a well with hard water, that typically turns my blonde hair yellow. I also use quite a bit of product that causes buildup in my hair. Simple to use as you spray it all over, let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes then shampoo.
My hair is never felt so amazing, I will only use it before my hair appointment as it may remove hair colour/toner.

I’m 52 years old and as I’ve aged, I felt like my hair was thinning. I’ll admit, I was using cheap drug store quality products. Thus, in an attempt to improve the quality of my hair, I started slowly adding in Color Wow products. Immediately, I began to see improvement in my hair’s fullness and started adding more and more Color Wow. Finally, I purchased this item along with the shampoo and conditioner. Wow is right!!!! I feel like I got my hair back! I have hard water and I think all the build up was weighing my hair down. Now it not only doesn’t look brassy, but it’s also full and back to its natural wave. I brought this product because I wanted to keep my grey hair bright and free of yellow tones without using chemicals. This is the worst product that you can use on grey hair. My hair was beautiful I got compliments every where I went. But I decided to try WOW once I read the product description and some of the reviews that actually rated the product 5 stars. Not sure why WOW was rated high because this product does not work as promised. I purchased WOW Dream Filter,WOW Color Security Shampoo and WOW Color Security Conditioner. Well my grey hair turned yellow, looked brassy and was very harsh after just one wash. I used the product as directed and could not believe it when I looked in the mirror, I wanted to cry. In order to brighten, wipe out the yellow and restore the luster I used vinegar, Miss Clairol and Loreal Super Oreal Blanc, shampoo over again and deep conditioner.
My advise to anyone that reads this review, if you have product that work for you don’t change and if you want product that will keep your grey hair looking great without the yellow and brassiness, mix 2 tsp of Loreal Super Oreal Blanc and 4 tsp of Miss Clairol together and use it for 20-30 minutes as needed. Continue to use your favorite shampoo and conditioner and you will be very happy with the results. I am returning all of the WOW product for a full refund.

The product is good but wish it came in gel or creme. It was hard to ‘soak’ my hair with a spray mist.

OMG.. brassiness is just a given when it come to Asian bleached hair ( unless ur one of the lucky ones).. I travel a lot and don’t have access to soft water and swim (chlorine) often.. which does not help.. I tried this and left it on for 5 min. I didn’t have high expectations.. but had some hope since WOW products have always worked for me.
I watched reviews and def saw the mineral rinse out as I was in the shower. I have a balayage and after the first attempt with this product.. my blondes were much brighter! Hair also felt smoother and healthier.. the left pic is after right after. I felt like I just left the salon. Super happy and recommending this to everyone who gets brassy!

I have had platinum hair consistently for 5 years now. I always have, and growing up it was never an issue. While my hair has always been fine, I’ve always had A LOT of it. Until now that is. I moved out of state 7 years ago, and the water is just not the same out here. From the moment I moved, my hair has regressed. I tried going darker, washing less, washing more, every shampoo and conditioner I came across, different oil treatments. I deep condition CONSTANTLY. Well two weeks ago I was fed up and tried going darker again (level 6). While it looked a little better, it still just feels dry and brittle. I bought this a few days after, and all I can say is WOW(lol). First time using it, I kept rinsing my hair because it was so soft I honestly thought I still had conditioner in it. I will say that I have well water, and I’ve tried all the hard water shampoos with little to no difference. So I only wash my hair at the gym after I work out, or at home with Distilled water (I buy it by the gallon and it’s a pain). I wash three times a week. I’m hoping that with darker hair (so no fear of it turning orange from well water) and this lovely product, that I’ll be able to wash my hair at home again.
