Easy to install and working great so far.

Amazon changed delivery date twice, when it was tracked saying it would be delivered by 10PM it never came, then it was rescheduled a third time adding another 5 days. Called Amazon, got overseas as always, using cheaper labor to do customer service as they do, and we have an install where we had to change it twice, the second time I almost lost the install person we trust with our audio/video for 12 yrs over it and a fee. After pushing hard and knowing by the Amazon rep it was in the delivery center, we knew they had a full schedule and put us back in their loop for 5 more days, which was not cool. You have to push hard to make sure they send a message to the center or they will not. We even offered to pick it up will call, and the CS for Amazon would not allow that either.
Bottom line, Echogear did get back to us quickly and it showed up sooner than 5 days
The unit is strong, easily adjustable and is the best we have had yet and we have had a number of wall mounts over the years.
The one thing Eco could do if possible is have a way to add adjustment for vertical like they do the horizontal to make it a little easier to figure out where to mount top to bottom on TV for a little more versatility. But most do not have this anyways.

Sturdy, easy to set up! Definitely spring for the adjustment arms, makes installing a heavy tv so much easier!
Only downside was the template. Didn’t really make much sense with the wide slots. Would have made more sense to just put holes at 18 and 24 inches. Push-pins and some string and a picture level are a better bet for a precise mounting.

It works well, but I do not care for the handles that you can see. It is very sturdy and allows for the tv to turn to where I am in the living room or kitchen.

Purchased an 85 inch Samsung OLED TV and the handles to move the TV don’t even go lower than the TV to adjust the TV. This is the reason I purchased this echo gear just for this reason I called customer service and they said it was nothing they could do and I told him they need to speak with the engineers and get this problem fixed, wasted my money They said that these handles in this bracket which fit up to a 90 inch TV I have only an 85 inch

The wall mount is made well and was easy to install. We mounted ours over our fireplaces. We purchased 2 wall mounts. The directions were easy to follow. All the parts are made strong enough to support our 58″ TV’s. I would recommend this wall mount for those that need to extend or move their TV in or out side to side.

This mount does all the things that full motion mounts should do, but the handles make a big difference. They make lifting the TV out of the box and onto the mount much easier, without having to touch the screen. In addition, when pushing the TV back against the wall after viewing, again the handles make it easy to do with no need to touch the screen. All adjustments were pretty easy to do including leveling, and lateral adjustment in case your studs are not perfectly centered in your desired location.

The wall mount is very sturdy, and supports a fairly heavy (approx. 70 lbs) TV unit very well.
