This was just the right height for the window, looked good and everything was great – but my cat would sit on the window sill right next to it but never on it. I can’t find fault with this stand but my cat is just weird.

My cat loves his perch! He takes a running jump onto it and loves to hang out on his perch, so much that I have considered buying another one for the other room. With constant use, you will need to tighten the base from time to time or it will loosen. I’ve had this for quite awhile now and it is still in good shape. The corners are a little hard but it hasn’t bothered my cat at all, in fact he seems to like it. And he uses the scratching post all the time

Me pareció excelente producto, de buena calidad y de buen tamaño para mis dos gatos… únicamente la entrega fue un caos, porque no te lo envían a ti por medio de paquetería más segura, sino que utilizan un servicio muy extraño que odié. Primero, el repartidor me regañó por no estar en mi casa y a fuerza lo quería dejar con un vecino y que si no aceptaba, lo iban a regresar a la CDMX… después de que me hizo enojar, le colgué y me llamó otro. Acordamos la entrega para unas horas más tarde y llegó el primero con quien había hablado, y todavía queriéndome dar una cátedra sobre responsabilidad para estar en casa y que me entregaran mis paquetes. No sé por qué no usan DHL, ESTAFETA, UPS. Y si van a seguir usando ese, de preferencia que cambien su comportamiento ante el cliente.
Por lo demás es un producto excelente y la entrega fue en buen tiempo, aproximadamente dos semanas.

Es un producto fácil de armar, resistente y de buen tamaño; al principio nuestra gatita lo veía con miedo pero con el paso de los días le tomó cariño y ya pasa mucho tiempo ahí. It’s the first time that I had such a negative experience ordering from Amazon.
When I originally ordered this item, the pictures were completely different, and the description was of a much larger item.
When I received the item – the box was not sealed and appeared to have been opened at some point before it was delivered as it was only closed with tape. The item was smaller than expected and did not have all the features I originally read when I ordered it….
AND – I could not assemble the item as the screws were missing from the box.
When I tried to contact the seller regarding the screws – I got no response.
I then tried to return the item, only to have the refund be a smaller amount than what I originally paid.

My cat loves sitting on this to bird watch, but hasn’t figured out she can use the bottom half for play or scratching yet! It was very easy to assemble, but not super sturdy so we had to put something heavy on the bottom platform to keep it from wiggling when she jumped up on it. Very soft material and it’s easy to clean. It’s also window height.

It took him a while to get used to it, but he seems to enjoy it. I’m honestly surprised that it’s pretty sturdy, a bit wobbly but it hasn’t tipped over. I’ll probably just prop it up against a wall or something.

Very easy to assemble but that same features seems to backfire for this one. My cats have yet to be able to lay on top due to wobbliness. It was sturdy to begin with but with continued use the tree will begin to unscrew itself. Now even if I screw it back in it still unscrews just enough to wobble. The whole tree is beginning to unscrew itself now too. I’m getting in a habit of checking on it and tightening it every other day now. Dont know if the screws wear down or what.

Der Kratzbaum ist nicht sonderlich groß, aber dafür echt stabil. Für den Preis einfach unschlagbar, wenn man nicht gleich mit einem Großen Kratzbaum anfangen will. Alles in allem ein wirklich gut verarbeitetes Produkt!

It arrived yesterday. Loved it at first. Me and the cat. the cat liked it right away, scratching the post, sitting on the podium, playing with the spring toy, and the ball in the base.
She was really getting into playing with the ball inside the base. She’s totally distracted having a great time till she starts yowling. She’s stuck – can’t pull her leg out of the hole. There’s a metal clamp inside the circular base that the bottom screws up into, and she got her claw stuck on it (in the gap between the wood and the metal).
It took about 15 crazy stressful minutes of 2 of us with a flashlight and screwdriver to get her unstuck. I had to reach in through the top hole with a screwdriver and get it under her claw and push it away from her, to get it out from under the clamp. Pretty odd design flaw.
So to prevent this from happening again, I cut a piece of hard flexible plastic – one of those cheap flexible plastic cutting boards – into a circle just a little smaller than the base, rolled it up pushed it in through one of the side holes and then unrolled it inside so it lies flat and covers the whole bottom. Then i squirted a little glue in under it through each of the 4 holes just to be extra careful.
Other than that it looks good – the cat liked it right away, scratching the post, sitting on the podium, playing with the spring to, and the ball of course. Oh yeah, It comes with 2 balls. I dropped 1 on my linoleum kitchen floor from about waist height and it broke in half. Literally.
So other than the 15 minutes of a screaming hissing crazy stressed out half-wild bengal cat, so far so good. Fortunately I had a black cloth bag to put over her head during the extraction process. She’s a little wild anyway, so did not take kindly to this experience.
I’ll let you know if she ever goes near it again.
