The product is priced well and the seller shipped quickly. My first one had a large dent in the front upon unboxing. The return was fairly painless, just had to take the freezer to a FedEx to return. My second was in perfect condition upon arrival. The only annoying thing is they use a sticker on the front, directly on the stainlessz that states that the unit needs to remain upright after transport for 4 hours, which is good BUT the sticker is made like one that is never intended to be removed. It took collectively over an hour to remove the entire sticker without damaging the surface.

Working in the commercial restaurant equipment industry, I understand the need of a good value in refrigeration. This unit does the job, I’ve had it for about two months and it works great. Three things to consider when buying a refrigeration unit for your home. Ambient temp of the room should not be above 80, give it room to breath, and keep it clean. I’m really happy with the unit so far, only time will tell over the long haul.

I love this compact upright freezer. You don’t have to stand on your head to get to the bottom. I got the 2.1 cubic feet. It is smaller than I had hoped but for one it is going to work wonderfully.

The freezer comes in excellent original packaging, one day before amazon estimated earliest delivery date.
The unit works well, very low humming sound while working. Manual defrosting is required. Google search resulted in very good information. Defrosting turns out easy enough. Very satisfied. Well worth the money.
