This is a basic tuner with a cool display. I don’t think the mic is very good but I plug into it. It’s pretty stable, doesn’t flop around like some inexpensive tuners. I bought this to tide me over until I can find a better tuner that’s not ridiculously over priced. I’m looking for a boss tu-15 replacement but it’s discontinued unfortunately.

The product is exceptional. The only issue I had is with The Midi Store. Someone at that location forced opened the box, as noted by the tear in the box lid and walked off with the little plastic stand used to position the tuner at an angle. Not a big problem, as I had a lot of old credit cards I used to make my own. But it is the feeling that someone violated my purchase or that the purchased product was tampered with, that is the most annoying.
Aside from that, the product is awesome!! Exactly what I needed to adjust intonation on my guitars!!

I have Breedlove Master Class 12 string with 1:18 tuners. It’s crucial to have accurate tuning. I have 6 other tuners…some clip on and a high end rack mounted tuner . I bought this KORG and the accuracy is the best I’ve ever used. The bright Green led bar is very easy to read…with blue for +and -. It’s so accurate that it’s not a quick tune…other tuners close is what you get. But this one is worth taking your time. You won’t regret it.

I was looking for an easy to read, responsive tuner to leave on my music stand while I practice violin. I was worried about the 3 minute auto off feature, but this tuner stays on as long as I’m still playing. The internal mic works great. The 3D effect is neat and intuitive. It’s bright but not too bright. The tuner responds to most every note, even in fast passages. I’ve tried a lot of tuners but kept going back to a decades old, trusty Yamaha. This Korg is probably gonna take its place now. Super happy with it.

Der KORG Tuner war mir bei der Suche nach einem neuen (auch bühnentauglichen) Tuner für meine E-Bässe durch sein peppiges, sehr ansprechendes Äußeres aufgefallen. Die Optik der Windungen einer dicken Bass-Saite die von Blau zu sattem Grün wechselt, wenn die Stimmung der Saite getroffen wird, ist auch auf dunklen Bühnen absolut tauglich. Sehr stimmgenau, was bei KORG aber auch nicht anders zu erwarten war. Für Anfänger vielleicht noch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gut bis sehr gut. Insgesamt fünf Sterne für den Tuner und den KORG-Shop.

Fantastic tuner. Best one I had yet
Update: I have had it since January 2024… it’s great. It’s so easy to use. I play bass most tuners I have had struggle with the E string . This tunes it ease. No buttons to press when you hand it to the guitar player either. We get a fast tune up and sound in tune together. I know it’s expensive but it really does work and is practical to use. It has had a lot of use still looks great and its battery consumption is fantastic.

This is a great tuner for the price. Korg has a long reputation making dependable hand held tuners. This one is tops! Large, easy to read display. 3 different tuning display graphics. Guitar input and output. Auto shutdown. And chromatic tuning. Just plug in, power on, hit a string and tune.

I was sceptical when I first bought this tuner because of the low price. I checked it out on the internet and it was rated as one of the very best tuners out there. I also purchased it because I have had very good luck with the Korg Guitar products and to say the least I have owned many, many tuners in my guitar playing experience. I started playing the guitar when I was 13 and I’m now 76. This tuner plugs into my foot pedals and can be turned on and off by pressing the on/off tuner switch. The tuner will hold the note of the string for a very, very long time so you can adjust the string tone properly. It also works awesome for setting the intonation on your instruments. What I mean by “holding the note” is the sustain of the note when plucked….with needle tuners the needle flexuates up and down and is hard to get the instrument tuned properly…not with this Korg tuner…it uses sustain and a strobe light to tune each note easily and with extreme accuracy. I highly recommend this tuner for all musicians. In a word “Fantastic”. Another plus is it is very easy to see the display from far away and on dimly lite stages etc.
