i bought this for the cats because i started making my own scented candles and am lighting them more often. i was worried the fragrant & oil scents may affect them and thought this pet wellbeing product would help with any liver toxicity build-up. we have 10 cats and i can’t say if this works or not because the cats i managed to give it to, either spit/hack it back out or it makes them drool so much it just leaks out of their mouth. other cats that i did not manage to give this too, took off running as soon as they smelled it.. Decided fine, i will just add some to their water bowls and all that did was end up making them avoid all the water bowls i put it in, they were always half empty by time i woke up in morning beforehand. not sure if it is the bacon addition that is the problem but, this product is a no-go for our cats so we switched to Liv-Herb Herbal Formula from elsewhere and add it to their water and bowls are back to being at least half empty by AM again..
even though we are not going to use it anymore, am still rating product a 4 though, our cats not tolerating it does not mean product is not any good after-all. maybe if it had tuna flavoring in it instead of bacon flavoring, they would like it more..

My 11 yo cat has severe IBD/IBS that the vets can’t explain or find a cause for and his liver was slightly enlarged from all the inflammation. After steroids almost did him in we had to stop all treatment and after the vet had no explanation for declining health, not for lack of trying, we turned to holistic treatments to at least give him a better quality of life. This turned him around in 3 weeks, biggest jump in just FOUR DAYS. Totally stunned! Why aren’t all vets aware of this? I’ve never seen a cat turn around in health that fast in my life. He went from jaundiced, sneezing, barely alive to returning to a healthy color climbing up on our couch and wanting pets and love. He’s not having solid poops yet but this is clearing up major health issues he’s had for 3 years, including vomiting, bloating, poor weight and muscle, fast motility, random bouts of constipation following wet poop. And yes, he was tested for thyroid and it was inconclusive (it might be a little inflamed but not enough to take his levels out of a normal range). Incredible. I await the four month mark since that seems to be the biggest improvement of issues in most animals. I gave him a slightly higher does than suggested due to his major issues and he tolerated it without problems. For once, wild health claims turn out to be true. I hope this helps someone else struggling with cat IBS/IBD symptoms that have no explanation. This could be your magic bullet.
EDIT: One month and his bowel movements are starting to firm up, bloat down by half. We added the kidney gold at a low dose (2 drops up to six drops a day, once every six hours) to battle inflammation and it’s really made a huge difference. We feed him a raw diet, home made pork bone broth for calories/nutrition, and a cat multi-vitamin two times a day. Probiotics are not advised for cats with liver problems which we didn’t know, so we took those out and he improved further. Impressive changes so far.

My cat was in liver failure and been to the vet twice. As one last attempt to get her feeling better I ordered this and added it into her regime and I believe it definitely helped!
She is eating and drinking on her own and pretty much back to her old self.
Update
My cat is still doing very well! No yellowing of the ears, gums or eyes. She is only on this and no other prescribed medication from the vets.
Tried taking her off of it and started showing signs of liver issues so just bought another bottle. I intend to keep her on it the rest of her life.

Motor was 1 of the 5 cats i took in when their owner died, his family was going to have them euthanized. I bought this after my 2 elderly cats were diagnosed with 1 cat liver disease 1 cat kidney disease. The kidney disease was very bad and not a good outcome expected. I gave him this and the renal diet. Beginning in august. After 4 months his renal failure has reversed about 70% and he no longer needs the renal food.

Much like the majority of these excellent reviews, I offer another review of equal caliber—simply because this product is what I truly believe saved my cats life.
Back in June (2022), my little girl, Cloud, disappeared for three weeks and came back ragged, thin and she appeared to be yellow in the eyes, ears and other visible skin areas. She did not eat, drink or groom herself.
After taking her to the emergency vet, they assessed her and ran both blood and urine tests and her liver enzymes were in the 350 range. The vets provided all their options including hospitalization (2500.00), euthanization and then home-care (provided a 25% success rate). At first, due to the financial struggle, and the vets convincing case that she likely wouldn’t make it, I opted to euthanize her. they shaved her arm and gave me a few moments to say goodbye, but when the vet came back in to follow through, Cloud and I both agreed we’d try the at-home care.
For the next two month, I injected fluids under her skin, syringe fed her, fed her anti-vomit pills and antibiotics and food stimulants and after a second check up, her results were worse and even lost weight from 3.2 pounds to 2.4 pounds. I had already spent over 1600 on her and couldn’t do more, so one last attempt at saving her I googled natural remedies and Milk Thistle came up everywhere!
I bought a bottle from this amazing company and after treating her for 5 days (I gave her three times the dose per day due to her serious condition), she began to eat on her own, and day 7 she began to drink water on her own! Her skin has almost returned to its healthy pink colour too!
It is now 14 days on milk thistle and now giving it to her daily at twice the dose and she is grooming herself and putting on weight like a trooper!!

Unfortunately, I couldn’t get any of my 3 cats to ingest this. One of my cats has liver problems, so I bought it for her and she wouldn’t eat it no matter what I tried. I even mixed it with juice from a can of tuna (no salt added), and syringe fed it to her, and she frothed at the mouth and spit it out. That’s how I can get cats to take most liquid medicines unless the medicine tastes really bad, so my cat thought this stuff tasted really bad. My other 2 cats who normally eat all sorts of stuff, including Denamarin pills as another test, wouldn’t touch this stuff. So I can’t attest to how well this works on helping a pet’s liver since I couldn’t get my cat to eat it. I ordered the powdered form of milk thistle Starwest Botanicals Organic Milk Thistle Seed Powder, 1 Pound and all three of my cats will eat the powdered milk thistle when I mix it with dried chicken liver powder. The powdered form of milk thistle is a lot cheaper than this product as well.

Our 11 year old cat Oscar had very high liver enzymes due to hyperthyroid disease.
He had a successful Radioactive Iodine treatment 6 weeks ago and we started him on the Milk Thistle drops immediately afterwards. He gets a full dose- 4 drops morning+ night in his wet food and he does not mind the taste. We wanted to detox his liver after the toxic radiation treatment, and improve his liver as much as possible.
