My Company ordered this as a replacement time-clock for an old Amano we had, the clock looks nice and the lighted display is very nice, but the features this clock has are difficult to program (we had to call Pyramid and have them walk us through it, and the clock still wasn’t working the way we wanted to) After 4-5 month of light use (we only have about 12 people using this clock daily) The auto feed started acting up and eventually quit working. Pyramid replaced the clock under warranty with little issue, but now after another 5 months it has started acting up again, and I imaging its only a matter of time before it quits all together. Its unfortunate, the clock has a lot of nice features, but we will not be purchasing a Pyramid clock again.
