I did a lot of research regarding which mount I would trust to hang my 82”, 96lb Samsung TV, and I’m happy to say I went with the right choice.
The installation was easy if you’re comfortable with finding studs, drilling pilot holes, etc.. If you’re not, I’d hire a pro. The mount has some weight to it, so you’ll need a second person around to hold it up while you secure it to the wall.
Once it’s up, it’s not going anywhere. It feels extremely sturdy, and I can pull the TV out and turn it towards my dining room table, which is incredible considering the weight it’s holding.
I love the integrated cable management, which makes it so even when it’s pulled all the way out, you barely see any wire at all.
One note: the TV will wobble for about 5-10 seconds after moving/bumping it. This is completely normal. Sanus customer support (which is extremely friendly and efficient) confirmed that the wobble/wiggle is built in to prevent damage to the TV, wall, or mount when it is accidentally bumped.
All in all, this is an amazing mount that handles a very large TV like a champ. I highly recommend it.

I bought this because it was one of few with good reviews that could handle a 75″ TV. My contractor installed it for me (I had blocking added to the walls to ensure it would have studs to anchor) – it’s a one person job except for placing the TV on the mount at the end – that required 2 people. Since it took more than 30 seconds to figure out, I did not run the cables in the mount arms, but apparently it can be done. Only minor note is that for the life of me I could not get the TV to be perfectly vertical from a side view (I even read the manual!) – meaning the top of the TV is slightly closer to the wall than the bottom (see photo of side view). I thought this would drive me insane, but – thankfully – I got over it! 😉

Pros:
– Sturdy and easily moves, and tilts. We bought it to use to watch straight ahead in the living room, and swing to the side to watch from the dining area. Does this perfectly.
– installation of the wall mounting bracket was easy with ample instructions and videos
– customer service was a quick phone call to a very knowledgeable person
Cons:
– Although the compatibility checker showed the mount as compatible with my new Sony Bravia, the right length screw for the tv bracket was not in the packets of screws in spite of struggling to get it to work with them. Fortunately, we purchased an Echo Gear Mount for another screen which had a bigger variety of screws, enough to mount the Echo Gear Mount and the Sanus (Thank you Echo Gear). The helpful customer service person confirmed this.
– the wire management covers are made of thin plastic, but they are snapped in so tightly that I had to use a hammer and screw driver to free it I risked breaking the plastic. I struggled for a while trying to do it by hand before resigning to using a hammer and screw driver
If you need the extra flexibility, it’s a good choice. If you don’t need it, save some time and money and go with the Echo Gear Mount.

I used the Vlf728 mount to install an LG OLED65B9PLA – weight 25.2 KG over a recess (see photos). My previous TV was fitted fully into the same recess and I wanted a low profile swivel bracket that would pull the TV against the wall and its rear built into speaker into the recess itself. It worked perfectly for this function. Its low profile meant I was able to fully pull the TV flush with the wall.
The instructions provided are very clear and with a bit of extra planning (which was needed for my specific case) mounting was surprisingly simple. I was able to adapt and use the concrete lug bolts to mount the frame into the wall, after which the rest was straightforward. The template provided both helps with positioning the bracket and the screws and bolts. If you are mounting to a concrete or brick wall, you will have everything you need in the box. For drywall or plasterboard you may choose to use anchors or grip-it style fixings.
Personally I probably won’t swivel it way from the wall to reposition for nomal viewing too often, but for this it can more than adequately support the TV even when fully extended. I can wholeheartedly recommend this bracket if you need a swivel mount like this one, just buy it. It’s absolutely superb.

I was lucky to have a friend help me install it because there were more parts than I expected. He put the stand together and I only had to put the rack on the back of the TV 🙂
Now that it is up, I am amazed at how easily all the parts came together to let the stand hold the TV at whatever angle you want. It’s really a great product.

I read a lot of reviews before buying this TV wall mount and was surprised to find those reviews are accurate. This is a beast of a TV mount and it was super easy to install. I had a friend help me as he has experience with this type of install and even he said he was impressed with the TV mount. Super study, the movement is butter smooth and when I’m ready to upgrade my old 55″ for an 83″, I can use the same mount and I just have to swap the TV brackets. Quite heavy for it’s size and that’s a good sign of a quality product. Once secured to the wall, it’s not going anywhere and there’s zero movement when adjusting it. Very impressed.

Seriously, I have bought a ton of wall mounts and this is the best by far. I was hesitant to spend the extra money because this thing is not cheap, but it was well worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
