I bought the Transparent Silver (translucent white with silver glitter) boot sleeve for my new white Stanley Quencher FlowState H2.0 tumbler to protect it from scratches. It looks good – I like the subtle glitter effect – and it does protect the bottom, so it does what it’s supposed to do, and at a good value.
Mine came packaged flattened and when it popped up it had a wrinkle on both sides, which doesn’t really matter, it’s just a thing that bugs me aesthetically. The fact that the boot fits loose, however is kind of a problem because it stays behind in my car cupholder when I pull it out. If I’m not paying attention, I could lose it if I were to be in someone else’s car, or an Uber, Lyft, etc. My car cupholders are rubberized, as many are, so that is probably part of the problem. I will add images to this review later showing the wrinkles in the silicon. I think that if the boot fit more snugly, those wrinkles would not be visible.
All in all, the boot does protect the bottom of the tumbler and while it fits looser than I would like, it is not so loose that it will just fall off randomly, so it’s still usable. In my opinion, a taller boot sleeve would be a better option.
