The big surprise is that it contains a Seagate 2 TB hard drive. That doesn’t hurt anything – it works well. It’s just an unexpected surprise. Does Toshiba purchase their hard dives from the same manufacturer as Seagate?

Using to back up a Win 11 computer. First backup failed. Second try took hours. Not sure if it is h/ware or s/ware issue. I got my backup. Very small and handy. Cord is long enough without being in the way
I bought this particular brand because my prior one is the same brand and has been great. I’ve had the last one for about six years, use it almost daily and it’s been really reliable. It has just started to get some bad sectors so before it goes completely I ordered this new 2T hard drive. I’m anticipating good, reliable use from this one too. The size and weight are great. It’s plug and play so is easy to take it from a desktop to a laptop with no problems.
