This guitar plays great after a truss rod adjustment to lower the strings. No buzzing, electronics work well (if you have the tuner on it mutes the output – smart). An exceptional deal and a great body size. It doesn’t project like crazy but it also doesn’t sound like a toy – it sounds good.

I was looking for a “travel/camping” guitar which also could be plugged into an amp. I only recently became aware of 3/4 size guitars. I have played guitar (electric & acoustic) professionally/semi-professionally for 50 years. For the price I found this guitar to be an exceptional value.
The tuners are tight with no slop. The string height and neck relief were perfect. I did need to apply fretboard oil. I use MusicNomad F-ONE Fretboard Oil on all my guitars. The fretboard, and indeed all the wood, was exceptionally dry. For the price I find this acceptable and easily remedied. I also replaced the strings immediately, which resulted in better tone. The nut fell off when replacing the strings, but this is not uncommon on cheaper guitars. It is easy to either glue it on (be sure you know what you are doing if you do glue it in place), or simply let the new strings hold it in place.
All the fret ends are rough, but have not affected playability. I won’t take the time to file the fret ends since I can play the guitar just fine as they are.
The intonation on 4 of the strings is off, but not enough to warrant me taking time to cut a new saddle.
The biggest surprise was the loudness of this guitar. For the size it is amazingly loud (I mean when not plugged into an amp).
This guitar includes features that are surprising for the price. The built-in tuner is a very useful feature. The gig bag is surprisingly good quality for the price.
I found the guitar to be ideal for strumming open chords, and even for playing barre chords up to the 10th fret or so. I find it to be less usable for doing complicated finger picking since the tone of individual strings and playability are not the strong suit of a guitar of this size and quality. As is to be expected.
In summary, this guitar greatly exceeds my expectations and will be useful for camping, practicing, and even limited gigging with my battery-powered amp. It would also be ideal for a beginner of any age.

Nicely made 3/4 acoustic guitar. The look and cut away is very nice. Finish is good also if not amazing for the price. The deal killer is simply the fret edge that are very sharp. I will need to polish them. If you are not willing to do this or don’t know how, don’t purchase this guitar. It makes it unpleasant to play. Maybe it is the unit I got that they forgot to polish the fret ends. I might also simply return it. At this price, give it a try. You might get a nice one. If not return it. Update: fret ends now polished, new quality string, small tune-up= good enjoyable little guitar.

This is my second Vangoa guitar. I purchased it to play with my grandkids hoping that they will learn to play it. It is well built and arrived in excellent condition. It has a nice feel, is solid and required no adjustments. I like the sound , especially since it is a smaller version of the larger guitars I have. I did not try use any of the electronics yet, so I comment on it. Overall, I am pleased with this guitar and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller scale instrument.

Love this guitar! I am learning guitar for the first time and this guitar is so nice. For under $250 with everything you need, I didn’t expect everything to be such good quality and so lovely to unpack. I had a musician friend come over to help me tune it for the first time and he played a number of songs on it and was blown away when I told him how much I paid for it. The soft shell case has a nice foam support at the neck which makes it better quality than others I’ve seen. I would highly recommend this guitar to anyone looking for a 3/4 electric acoustic guitar.

I was looking for a small-size guitar to use for camping and playing around the house. I searched on Amazon and chose this 36-inch acoustic-electric guitar because it can be plugged into an amp directly and perfect size for me.
The Guitar arrived in perfect condition. Surprisingly, I don’t know how they can provide a guitar, extra strings, strap, digital tuner, capo, cable, polish cloth, picks, and quality padded gig bag, for this price, which is value for the money to me. And the acoustic-electric guitar is very easy to be tuned. I noticed that it is some comments complained about the poor quality of the guitar. But I can not find any quality issues on the guitar I received. It is a beautiful and well-made guitar for me.
Size: I am 5″7, and this 3/4 size guitar is the perfect size for me. And it is very lightweight and portable.
Nut and Saddle: As expected and advertised. No issue.
Neck: Very smooth and no worry to hurt my fingers.
Action: Not bad. I didn’t tweak the truss rod at all, and the strings sat fairly low right out of the box.
Guitar Bag: The gig bag is padded, and will work for any beginner. It has a large pocket on the front which is great to have.
Strap: The strap looks great, no issues at all with it.
Pick Guard: It has adhesive on the back. You will have to put it on yourself, but it’s pretty simple.
In short, if you’re looking for a guitar for traveling, I think this is a great option for the price. It is also really suitable for beginners as its solid value and completed accessories. They really throw in a lot to help you get started. I would definitely give a thumb up for the guitar. Don’t hesitate to have your own one.

The Guitar arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was amazing. I am a beginner and they put a lot of beginner equipment that I need in with this guitar, including case, strap, strings, capo, tuner, user manual, picks, cleaning cloth, Allen key, and even guitar pickguard. Below is what I was able to notice while playing it.
1. Finish: I love this glossy finish, very shiny and beautiful, easy to clean. The paint job is not bad, it could say it had done a good job.
2. Nut & Saddle: as described, it is a bone nut and bone saddle.
3. Action: Surprisingly, the action wasn’t too bad at all. I didn’t tweak the truss rod at all, and the strings sat fairly low right out of the box. I was expecting a much more bowed neck for a guitar at this price point. I measured the neck straightness with a straight edge and it hardly had a bow.
4. Tuners: Tuners seemed fine. They’re sturdy and I wound them with a string winder and they turned and held up perfectly fine.
5. Accessories: The guitar gig bag is padded and has a large pocket on the front which is great. The digital tuner works great right out of the box. The strap looks great, no issues at all with it. The pickguard has adhesive on the back. You will need to put it on yourself, but it is quite simple.
All in all, it would be a good choice if you are a beginner and looking for your first guitar. They prepare a lot to help you get started. I highly recommend it, and you will never regret having one.
