Just a guy –
Overpriced piece of junk. My grill igniter did not work. You have to disassemble the entire grill to get at it. Instructions require that you download an app for you cell phone. Don’t have a smart phone: you are out of luck. Quality of the parts is really poor. I bought the Weber because I bought into the hype that they make quality parts. Only the hyper is quality: the grill is overpriced junk.

This is a pretty solid grill, with a cast iron grate that gets hot quickly and is easy to clean. The outdoor cover isn’t included but is needed pretty much. LOTS of grill space and even more space on the sides for plates and other things.
You will need two people to assemble unless you can get the grill bottom off the ground by yourself. It will be on the ground in the box, and you will need to lift it out of the Styrofoam container which is the difficult part by oneself
Too bad it doesn’t come in red.

I love this grill! I’ve used it about 20 time now and it works great. Highly recommended getting the extra add ins like the pizza stone and griddle. The griddle has transformed my burger game. By far the best smash burgers I’ve ever made. Tons of cooking space, I was able to fit 20 kababs for the 4th of July cook out. Great grill and awesome company! I have been and will be a Weber guy for life.

24 years ago, I bought on amazon a Weber Genesis Silver B natural gas grill. I remember because at the time, amazon was dabbling with free shipping on some products, and the grill was available with free shipping. That was incredible at the time because I was used to paying $100 for shipping of large items like this, so buying it was an easy decision. It wasn’t fancy, but served me well as a casual griller. Well, that grill finally gave up the ghost when the support for the bottom grease tray rusted through. I had replaced grates and other pieces over the years, but it was time to outright replace it.
Naturally I went with Weber, hoping their current products would have the same quality and longevity as their old products. I was attracted to the porcelain-enameled iron grates, hoping they wouldn’t rust like the stainless-steel grates did after several years. The bottom cabinet makes it look fancy compared to the old one with an open bottom, and I can store stuff down there during grilling season.
The box was huge and heavy, so I opened it in the driveway and carried individual pieces around to the back yard for assembly. Assembly was straightforward; the instructions were fairly clear. It is larger than my old grill, so I have a lot more grilling space. The sear zone is nice for searing steaks. Food doesn’t stick as badly to the porcelain-enameled gates as it did to the stainless steel grates. So far, I love it and am happy with the purchase.
