Had a problem with the shipped product – a good portion of the liquid had leaked during transport (and I suspect the nozzle was defective, since the spray would spill all over my hand – probably why it leaked).

I contacted the seller about it, providing them with photos of the soaked box. They responded the same day, and shipped me a replacement, which was fine. Top customer service right there.

So far, the product itself works pretty well. I admit I usually favoured alcohol-based cleaners because they seemed to do a great job with removing stains on my screen, however so far this product seems to be doing just as good a job. You just need to take care of drying out the screen yourself, as it won’t evaporate as quickly. I typically use the second, larger cloth for that.

Having both a small cloth (for my PC monitor) and a larger one (for my TV) included is a definite plus, making the product equally useful both on small and large screens. I didn’t have that flexibility with the wipes I previously used with my PC monitor (often requiring the use of a second wipe, even).

it might seem expensive, however the bottle has a pretty large capacity, plus you get both cloths included, making it well worth the price.

This works great! Feels clean, gets rid of all those smudges, and makes me feel better about using than alcohol wipes on my screen. It really leaves as nice finish. Believe what other reviewers say when they say its great.
ONLY DOWNSIDE is its short lived. It won’t keep smudges off for even a day. If your hands are dirty, it’ll quickly go back to being oily and greasy again. Granted… you have a whole bottle of the stuff, so it feels like it’ll last forever. Despite that, I’d still recommend it. If it works for Apple, works for me!!

I received my Whoosh cleaning product today and have tested it on multiple devices/screen surfaces. I have tested it on my MacBook Pro, two TVs, iPad, two monitors, and my phone. I haven’t cleaned my screen for a while since we normally use rubbing alcohol solution but I know that this isn’t good as it degrades the screen. So, I thought to finally invest in a cleaning solution for displays. The dirt, grease, and grime on my devices are quite dirty and somewhat stubborn and even rubbing alcohol doesn’t even get the job done. I don’t want to apply too much pressure since the screens are fragile but with the Whoosh product, I notice that it will get rid of those stubborn spots and smudges with just a few wipes. The only con I would say about it is the small microfiber cloth it is one. I find it a little tough to use and feels slightly a different material compared to the larger microfiber cloth. Gets the job done though. However, I like to use the microfiber more. I wish that it came with two large microfiber cloths rather than one large and one small. Overall, it’s a good product and gets the job done.
