Fermin Navar –
Seller contends that I did not calibrate the printer. Hence the failure. Yet I was on with Zebra tech support. They did everything they could to calibrate the printer and were not successful. It turns out the thermal ribbon censor was defective. Sent seller the Zebra technical support claim number. Yet they elected to deduct nearly 40 percent from the refund as a restocking fee. I have concern with a restocking fee when you sell a defective product which was returned.
