I appreciate the small size and the ability to charge my phone quickly, I’m not impressed with the capacity being listed as10000mah while usable capacity is only 6000.
Also, the through charging doesn’t work on mine and I cannot charge my phone off of it with it also plugged in and charging.
One or the other, not both.
UPDATE: company was very responsive and sent a replacement unit. I’m hoping this one will have better

This seemed like a handy device to carry in purse but saying its the size of a credit card is a stretch. Width and length may fit over a credit card but depth is much thicker, more like a credit card wallet. Its not lightweight so for me for this much weight and bulk I’ll look for a device with more battery storage.

The power bank has a small footprint, but is a little heavier than I’d like. Still, it holds the charge well and is fast in recharging my phone.

I love this Battery Pack! While it is a bit thick (as the picture shows when you really look) and is correspondingly heavy, it fits almost everywhere – in ALL of my pockets, in all of my mini bags… everywhere. It’s great and the price was right (very inexpensive) when I purchased it. But, best of all – it fast charges my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra on the go as quickly as plugging it into a adapter, with charge left over. It also recharges quickly. I reached out to seller with an issue in the middle of the night and within hours they responded…above and beyond. This is a great buy!

The power bank worked perfectly for a year, but despite it being used carefully for that time, one day it just became unresponsive (wouldn’t charge, wouldn’t deliver a charge, the lights stopped flashing). I reached out to Zendure Customer Support and they did not respond.

I have a bunch of these. I buy another every time they’re on sale, because my kids and husband love to “borrow” them. They charge all our devices, including laptops, and they’re easy to take to school/work/travel. They recharge relatively quickly and can charge phones, for example, more than once. They do the job!

Update: Changed from 1 star to 5 since the customer service team sent me a replacement free of charge.
I just got this and it came precharged which was nice, and it did charge by phone. But it died before the phone was fully charged. So I plugged in the powerbank to charge it back up and… nothing. I tried multiple sockets nad UISB cables and it simply would not charge. I tried to message the seller multiple times but I was ignored.
Don’t buy unless you want a one-time use charger.

I have several of these because I constantly need a compact yet powerful power bank for daily use and travel. I tend to buy these whenever they go on sale and keep one charged in my purse, by my bedside, in my car, etc! These are rapid charging, so any time I’m in the car, I’d much prefer this over the car USB. I use my smart assistant to remind me to plug them in whenever I get home. “Okay google, remind me whenever I get home to plug in my portable chargers”.
