Per the feature & details it says 17 days of standby time & 14 hours of battery. Well the Jabra 65 has exceeded that & my expectations. I charged it when I received it. Thereafter I WD charge it at night before bed, at least that’s what I thought I was doing for the next 2 weeks. Unbeknownst to me it was not charging at all. I did not pay attention to light which is red while charging & blue when charged. Every day it would say it was connected & I ASSumed it was charged. About 2 weeks later I cd not sleep but did not won’t to wake hubby with TV so I connected Jabra to iPad to watch movies. About 1/2 hour into movie the connection to Jabra was disconnected. Thinking it was iPad I turned off & back on & still had no connection. Then I tried to connect back to iPhone & it would not connect to that either. Frustrated I disconnected both devices & said forget this device. I then went thru the pairing of both devices again & it would not pair to either device. Really frustrated & it’s late (2:00am) I’m ready to return #%#%# thing as soon as stores open. I then checked cord that came with Jabra to be sure there was no shortage. The cord was fine. I then checked my charging tower where the cord & many more devices are plugged into. Come to find out the cord was plugged it but I never fully pushed it in. After that the red light came on. If you could have seen my face as I sat there stupidly thinking how long has this not been plugged up & wondering did I ever charge it since I purchased. Anyway by 10 AM I woke up (after such a late night) the blue light was on. I paired my devices & bam all was good again😛
Since then I sware I have worn the Jabra 2 days straight with no charging. At night I would lay on night stand. So the Jabra has exceeded my expectations
The cons I wish it would say it’s fully charged or how many hours left or not & I do miss the announcement of calls. Other then that I LOVE my Jabra 65. I can talk all day, listen to music while working & at end of work day play my games thru Jabra without disturbing anyone & switch to iPad & watch a few movies while still on my Jabra 65 and all of this is in just one day
Hope this helps someone looking for great talk & standby time!!!!

Any earbud tip, for the most part, will fit in these to increase sound quality. You don’t need an adapter, little hard to fit on but once you stretch to fit it on it doesn’t fall off, and works flawlessly.

I moved to this headset after Plantronics ruined the Voyager 5200 (making me sound like I was constantly underwater, a known issue). It was great at first:

    – Battery life is fantastic, seemingly much longer than the Voyager
    – Range is exceptional, I’ve mistakenly left my phone in one room and walked ~30 feet away before realizing that I didn’t have my phone on me
    – Audio quality is great and folks hear me really well, great background noise cancellation

But there are quirks and annoyances that have made it insufferable:

    – Firstly, it’s the one Jabra headset that is not supported by their app, so none of the settings can be changed
    – If you have it connected to more than one device (e.g., iPad and iPhone), it CONSTANTLY says “headset connected” while you’re on a call – the only workaround that I have found is to turn bluetooth off on all of the other devices that I normally use it
    – It has started to mute itself while I’m in the middle of the call and the only way to unmute is by turning it off and back on
    – It also doesn’t say what my remaining talk time / battery life is, the way the Voyager did, so you have no idea if you’re good to go for the day or if it’s going to cut out in the middle of a call
    – Lastly, the volume is exceptionally low, to the point that it can be difficult to hear people if you’re not in a quiet room (and if I was always in a quiet room, I wouldn’t need this headset)

Annoyingly, these issues came up a few months after I purchased, so I’m outside of the return window. I cannot understand why it is so difficult to make a noise cancelling headset that actually works – it seems like the only option are ear pods, but they have horrible audio quality and zero noise cancelling.

My wife got this for multiple uses, including with her phone and on her computer. She was delighted to see that the headset would pair with both simultaneously and switch as needed by various software programs and regular phone calls. She loves the battery life, the comfort, the noise cancellation, and the audio quality. The only problem she’s run into is that when paired to two devices simultaneously (at least in her case), sometimes the audio would suddenly become completely garbled. She has dealt with this by simply only connecting to one device at a time, which she expected to have to do anyway before she found out it could pair to multiple devices.

This is a good one when you need to have a meeting outside in a noisy place. I compared it with Jabra evolve2 buds, Bose’s last version of earbuds, apple airpods pro 2nd gen. I sat down in a noisy cafe. So my voice was the most clear one with these.

Ratings for my voice to be transferred clearly goes like this: Talk 65 mono > airpods prod 2nd gen > bose > evolve2 buds.

I think the only bad thing about this earbuds is that their sound. Once I am in a noisy place, I barely hear what the other one is saying. God damn, you make a microphone this good, but do not put any power to the sound I get?? Even if you max the volume, you barely hear. You have to hold your other ear with your hand, and press really hard to the earphone so you can hear. It may sound like I exaggerate but this only applies if you’re in a noisy place. You hear well once you’re not in a noisy place. But I bought these ones to use in noisy places anyway.

    Summary:
Best microphone quality, best noice-cancelling microphone for an earbud.
Very low sound level for the sound I hear.
