This projector has ok brightness but it’s not the best for lights on viewing. The colors do look pretty decent on this projector and the lens focus uniformity as pretty great. As for the smart apps, I could not really find much video apps. Only like YouTube and Hulu. I just used a fire stick in it.

A fantastic replacement for bedroom TV

I was looking for a projector with the following requirements/qualities:
1- Great image- faithful color reproduction and satisfying contrast
2- Light enough to be mounted on a tripod (for ease of positioning)
3- Not too bulky
4- Has good connectivity
The PF610P ticks all of these boxes. The image is excellent for a projector at this size and price range- honestly, I wasn’t expecting more. Many pre-set image modes skew green or blue, but this is not really an issue in the Cinema mode and the two Expert modes, so this is good to go without calibration if you’re not very particular/picky. It also connects easily to my Bluetooth speaker. That’s all I want from a projector, really. It has smart functions included but I personally rely on my Chromecast with Google TV.
This is the second projector I own (the previous one was the LG Minibeam PH550). LG creates projectors that are easy to use and easy to love. I highly recommend this one.

I cannot believe this little powerhouse. I kept wanting to replace it because it doesn’t zoom (you have to manually move it forward) and that wasn’t my preference- but every other one I bought paled in comparison. The best thing about this one is it’s almost silent. Secondly the picture is bright and clear. Much better than the 4 others I bought and returned. The manual zoom it has is my new preference over the auto zoom because the others all were trying to fix themselves and self focusing a lot. And finally it’s tiny and unobtrusive. Oh and the interface is very user friendly with Netflix and everything built in. I just HAD to go out of my way to review it and shout out to this little machine! Thanks LG.

I was looking at other “cheaper” options as this is my first projector purchase for my bedroom but I wanted to make sure I don’t regret any purchases at the same time. I know LG is a more reputable brand so I purchased this one.
Great small yet mighty product. Great picture, it’s not loud, i LOVE that it has it’s only webOS plus being able to airplay is even better – hoping they can add more apps in the future so I don’t have to airplay much – takes the “fun” out of my endless scrolling.

I’m using this for a home theater and I love it! Image quality and brightness is excellent for the price. It’s small, lightweight, and has a clean design. It was extremely easy to setup and is really easy to use (seriously). The LG WebOS could use some more apps, but I found that it works really well and love that it also has HomeKit support. This was one of the few projectors I found that has proper ports on the back of it (including a RJ45 jack for wired network). I wish it had three HDMI ports but I can get by with two. Thank you LG for including audio, network, and more than one HDMI port on your projectors (and also for not keeping anything ridiculous like VGA)! My one complaint was finding a ceiling mount to fit it, but I found that it really just needs a standard camera mount with a tripod screw and I finally found an inexpensive one that works well. Also, the power brick is a bit cumbersome for mounting this on a ceiling, so I just used some command strips to mount it out of the way.

It’s a great projector, very compact and easy to use. Setup process was smooth, and the picture quality is great even when using without a screen, just on the wall. 10/10 would recommend!
