Bro this CPU is crazy for budget builds. Can run CS2 with a Radeon Rx 6650XT on 240 fps stable, minecraft at 700-800 fps on paper, >1400 with performance mods

I bought this CPU as an upgrade to my old Ryzen 1600 platform. My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 and after a BIOS update the new CPU works perfectly.

This is the only processor you’ll ever need if you’re just looking for something to power a simple budget gaming PC build. Even when paired with a budget GPU like the RX 6600, you can expect to play almost any game at Ultra settings at 1080p with plenty of FPS to spare. The CPU works just as well for 1440p gaming as well, if you have a more powerful GPU like the 6800 XT.
This CPU also comes with an included stock cooler, which does perform remarkably better than the stock coolers from older CPU generations. However, I would still recommend getting a different cooler, just to get that slight extra bit of performance in terms of temperature control. For my test, I used this with a low profile ID-COOLING IS-55 cooler and I had an average CPU temp in the mid-60 degrees in most games.
In terms of FPS performance, this CPU is more than enough to deliver over or near 100 FPS at 1080p in almost any game with the 6600 and can even exceed 200 FPS when paired with a 6800 XT. The CPU has the perfect amount of performance where there isn’t any concern of it being a bottleneck unless you pair it with something like the RTX 4090, for example. In my main tests, I averaged around 76FPS in Cyberpunk 2077 with FSR 2.0 enabled on High Settings at 1080p, and I averaged around 92FPS in Hogwarts Legacy with FSR 2.0 enabled at High and also at 1080p- both games were tested with the 6600 and with 16GB of 3200Mhz RAM.
Overall, there isn’t a CPU that has a much better value proposition than this one. If you want a solid CPU that will work just fine with almost any GPU while still providing an excellent gaming experience, then this is the CPU for you. It comes with a cooler in the box and has preapplied thermal paste, which makes building a budget/first time PC all that much easier. I highly recommend it.

Ótimo custo benefÃcio, entrega rápida mesmo sendo uma compra internacional, superou minhas expectativas

This CPU is still a great purchase for midrange gamers. If you have a modest budget this CPU will do you well and there is an upgrade path to the X3d parts in the future.
The CPU runs cool and is efficient. It has enough cores for gaming and productivity. It is very similar to the X part and could be overclocked to reach those speeds, but i think you are better off running it cooler at lower energy levels

One of the best values considering the price to performance.

I picked this one over 5600x due to price, and heat.
I’m so happy with my decision it works like a charm along my RX6600 and temperatures are really good.
Nice speed and great performance for my games.
Package is really nice and it includes the stock cooler which is fine, but as I like lower temps I use a custom air cooler.
FARID SHIRINOV –
The processor is very good, suitable for games and for low-power programs that do not require high tasks
I recommend for this budget

Decent cpu for 1080p high settings gaming at 60 fps. I’ve run a few games on it and id say it performs the best in DOOM Eternal and works decent on WARHAMMER 40000 Space Marine 2

Exactly as expected would recommend doing research not on Amazon if your buying pc parts
But this is a good mid range cpu that is budget friendly

As of this review I have already upgraded as planned to a 5800x3d with an aftermarket cooler and used those for a while but here is my review from memory.
The 5600 and X variant DO NOT have on-board graphics if you are building with that in mind please look at the 5600g variant or a newer APU.
This CPU was a massive upgrade for me in gaming and even more for productivity from a very old Intel CPU so take that with a grain of salt.
In gaming this is a very powerful CPU for the vast majority of people. If you are gaming under 144hz and on a budget this is easily one of the best you can get from this generation.
This is continually one of, if not the highest, value cpu’s as it comes with a very beefy performance for its cost and a cooler all in one package.
I had near-flawless performance when used on my 144hz 1440p monitor in most of my games. I generally reduce in-game settings to accommodate higher framerate which does often reduce CPU load as well but reducing max framerates to 120 and more-so 90 at comparable settings would be even more ideal if going for higher settings or a smoother 1% framerate experience for fast games.
Productivity – I had two monitors and often I watch videos, streamers, chat with friends and browse(browsers can be quite CPU intensive at times due if not using hardware-encoding which in my case I did not due to compatibility issues with other software)
All-in-all if you are building a new system, you may want to look at the newer AMD 7600 lineup as it is very similar, but if squeezing out a smaller budget with a very good sale or a used purchase, the 5600 will last you at minimum 4 years without issue.

Amazing processor and you can even use PBO to increase it’s performance
