DO NOT BUY THIS BOARD. If for some reason the manufacturer in some way for fashion decided to updated their BIOS in what should be an easy fix for them, then they might sell a ton of these boards.

I have 100 GPU’s and have been mining forever. I bought 3 of these, but they turned out to be a nightmare.

The problem, is that when you have all GPU’s plugged in (12 of them) and boot, it will randomly detect any number of GPU’s. One boot, it could find all 12. The next boot, 1. The next boot, 5, 7, 4, 2, 9, etc. Only once was I able to get 12 GPU’s detected. On average, I would say approx. 5 gpu’s is the number you can expect but again, it’s random… every… single… time. This happens on all 3 boards.

I have flashed the BIOS with the latest, same problem. Tried ever single option and combination that anyone could ever think of… same problem.

I reflashed the BIOS to the original BIOS.. same problem. I’ve gone headless, same problem. I chnaged the speed of each PCIE bus, disabled on board this, that, the other. Disabled the integrated NIC and used a USB NIC… due to it also using the pci bus…. long story, if you are a miner who uses more than just a couple of GPU’s, DO NOT GET THIS BOARD.

If the manufactuer would just simply update their BIOS to fix this problem, it would be godsend as physically, these are well made, good looking, packaged well, nice manual. They just dont work.

If they updated their BIOS, I can promise you that they would make a killing as they are inexpensive and would be perfect for us miners.

This board worked great, no issues. I have two of them and both work great with many cards, I have used up to 8 so far on one board.

Bought a couple of them to test and they work perfectly. Not a single glitch. Buyers need to notice that this motherboard has 2 6-pin PCIE power connectors. As per Biostar FAQ, they should NOT be connected to a power supply nor cards. Also Mining Mode must be enabled and CSM disabled on BIOS for the motherboard to support multiple cards.

Hay que tener cuidado el elegir si riser porque la misma placa, misma bios con el mismo modelo de riser en una placa funicona y en otra con la misma config no funciona.

This worked out great for me. A few things, initially I could only get 7 of 8 GPUs recognized. With all cards connected, I rolled the bios back to initial. Still only 7… updated bios to current, above 4G enabled, and had all 8. Did check cards in device manager and scan for hardware changes. Make sure your swap file is large enough. Use powered risers, and DO NOT connect AUXPWR1 AND AUXPWR2 by risers…they OUTPUT power. Seems like a bad idea. Aside from that, nice board. Does what it’s supposed to do.

Bought the board for the idea of all in one but its all nothing and I would not recommend this board not just because of my experience but multiple concerns. These concerns included no answer from the seller for my questions. Board not posting & second PCIE bank not powering. Followed directions to the T and never powered the output PCIE as you will fry your PSU or damage your Mobo. Glad I read all twice because there is no quick install sheet to warn you. I could not even get into the Bios as it would not post & I used all the spec components they listed. All items were brand new used. Replaced the 2600 mem with 2400 and still nothing. Then I tried to call Biostar USA to get some help and guess what, No answer from the tech line or the operator. Now I was really thinking what have I bought with Zero support. I spent time reviewing the manual over and over and then the web for issues and fixes. Lots of issues reported and other said they had a ok experience. However, I say do your research before buying to discern for your own. In the end, I have now ordered a board manufactured by another company with long standing support. I just can not take the chance of not getting any help or issues later reported. Again, there are those who have reported a great experience, so do your own research. Why decision finally came down to no one was there to answer the customer support line over three days fo trying. All three it went to voicemail. This was during their pacific time work hours as well. When I pushed the option to speak with the operator it would ring and then go to voicemail as well.

One last note. The seller lists the BTC 360 prior board on their site as one of their products but no longer lists this one the 360 BTC Pro 2.0.

I hope they take time to make some changes as they lost me forever as a customer

I know the item says that you can use up to 12 GPUs but the sad is reality is it doesn’t as soon u have seven started to give problems starting to crash for pretty much everything some of the GPUs start having problems. it could be a update or drivers issue sometimes when it crash it had a video problems
And a lot more issues. if you go to YouTube after you fix it three days later, and go back to the same thing all over. and sometimes it will take me hours to get her to run. other than that if you’re using it for less than six GPU, you’ll be good but you have to keep in mind that you’re gonna need more than one because sometimes you need to reset it by taking the battery out and put it back in another word reboot bios so my personal opinion this motherboard is for people who have a few GPUs and they wanna know how to get around the issues on windows 10 because even in hive OS is there a problem.
