My husband is picky, and he was very pleased with this exterior light. We have just built our dream home and this light is for security reasons. It hangs over one of the man doors to the garage. He liked the finish, was easy to install and shines a bright light. I would recommend this seller.

I bought 2 of these in the small 6″ size, brushed nickel finish. I adore the modern-industrial look. It was a huge improvement over the contractor’s jelly jar sconces. Installation was relatively simple and quick.
Although I’m happy with these fixtures, I am not overly impressed by the quality of the material used. I would expect more from Kichler. They look nice, but the metal is super thin. I hope they withstand the test of time.
Note: I bought these as “Used Like-New” for a fraction of the original price. At the time, the full price was around $60. I would have been super upset had I paid full price for these. The quality just doesn’t justify that price in my opinion; but they’re definitely worth my cost.
After trying several different light bulb styles, I opted for globe style bulbs, E26 Base Edison LED 5000K Daylight White. These bulbs are intended for vanities but the fuller, globe-shape style seems to be the most complimentary look for the fixtures. I found 4W LED (40 Watt equivalent) to be more than bright enough.

Nice fixture, perfect for where we wanted it.
Doesn’t come with bulb, and regular bulbs look silly. Need to purchase additionally, a large globe light bulb.

This light was the perfect choice to replace my old motion-sensor light. After going through 3 motion sensor lights over the last few years, I gave up. BUT I discovered motion-sensor light BULBS! This fixture is perfect for a motion-sensor LED bulb (I chose https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DXMF23S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) because it has no glass shade, and shallow enough that the bulb projects a little bit from under the “hood.” The lines are simple and clean so I’m happy with the look.

Description states glass globe included but that’s not correct. There are NO globes included.

Edit: i really love the style and im super happy with it
I bought an 18$ light bulb at ron and it look amazing picture added
Well sadly its not olde brick color I received its more bronze
The weight is really really light
I was expecting something heavy
I was going to use it inside so the quality is ok for inside

The color is not even close to the picture, mine looks dark green with gold painter edges.

Low quality and thin material. An extremely inflated regular price. I purchased it when it was significantly discounted but it still wasn’t worth it. Also, although it appears that there is a glass shade, and the box cautions that there is glass inside, none exists. I guess the glass in the picture is some sort of fancy bulb that is purchased separately. Not recommended.

Love these lights. Bought this as a replacement as one of our existing ones got damaged in a storm.

I wasn’t sure when I first bought it as my house hadn’t been painted yet, but am very happy now. Goes great with everything. Very easy to install. I did not get the large bulb (E26). I have a regular size 60W dusk to dawn and it works like a charm. The wattage is perfect to see what’s going on. I would recommend.

I received and installed this yesterday afternoon. The brick finish is perfect for my rustic house. I love the finish. The lamp is very lightweight, but that makes it very easy to install. These lights are much smaller than you think … so this one fits in the place by the back door where I had ordered the 7 inch light, and I installed it there thinking it was the smaller one, LOL. So I had to go back in and cancel the smaller one and order the 14 inch for the front door. I’m using a G40 65 watt bulb at this point, but could go up to 100 watts with this lamp.

Made of very light aluminum with white interior color. Looks like real metal but would not withstand the outdoor application I intended it for. Sent these back.

I am having a difficult time evaluating this product. It is attractive in appearance, well made and appears to be durably assembled. However, it is light as a feather. The fixture is made out of aluminum that has been coated with a silver metal of some sort. I don’t know if the description “brushed nickel finish” actually means its made of nickel metal. It just seems to me that a fixture that appears to weigh only slightly more than an empty soda can should cost $94.00. I will be using my fixture indoors. If the price was considerably lower, the light weight of the fixture would not matter to me.
