My problem was itchy, tired and uncomfortable eyes when I watched TV or used the computer.
I am wearing them now, and no more itching! So, I would recommend them for this kind of problem!

Son ligeras y si siento que me protegen del brillo de las pantallas. Las uso a partir de que la luz del día se comienza a ir (cuando ya hay que prender focos en la casa) y sigo trabajando en la computadora y/o viendo tele. Los uso de corrido hasta la hora de dormir para que también me protege de la luz de los focos de la casa. Mis ojos se cansan mucho menos. Lo único que siento es que se le mete la luz por los laterales y alrededores (como que no cubre completo el ojo).

Thes glasses fit perfectly and are very well made and will last for many years to come. I love that these fabulous glasses protect my eyes and make it so much easier to see when the sun is glaring down on me. I love how they also help me to sleep better at night because that to me is a wonderful added bonus. I bought a second pair for my son’s birthday gift because these are such high quality glasses. I have not used blue light blocking glasses before so I do not have any other brand to compare to these, but I have to say that it makes a huge difference when you spend a lot of time in front of a screen. Plus the price was affordable. They also make the world a happier place when not looking at the screen.

They are really good quality, they don’t make my head or eyes hurt. I wear them every day from 6-7 ish until I’m in bed ready to do to sleep, they have helped me wind down for bed because now blue light doesn’t affect my circadian rhythm. Really good glasses!

This glasses can protect your eyes pretty well thus enabling you to sit in front of the screen longer. However, it also distort the color of the screen and you won’t get the best experience of your games. But it’s super useful for coding/reading.
These glasses shouldn’t be advertised for gamers at all. So for misleading name, I’m gonna one star off.

These glasses are amazing and I noticed a big difference night 1. I normally spend about 11 hours 5 days a week on a computer, and I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, I would even see white flickering when I closed my eyes. Anytime im in front of a screen, whether it’s a computer phone or tablet, I always have these on. Been falling asleep a lot quicker, and getting a lot more quality sleep. I had so many nights where I was yawning, and I was very tired but my tired wouldn’t turn off, and these glasses were exactly what I needed. My doctor even told me that white artificial light, lights up the brain the same way caffeine does, without the increased heartbeat and jitteriness, so it didn’t surprise me why I had trouble falling asleep. If you are resistant about buying these glasses…Don’t Be! You will not regret the decision.Your eyes will thank you!

Let me start by saying that these glasses were just a little too tight on my head and it caused some discomfort for me.
Other than that, these glasses are great! I love the shade that they are. It’s perfect for for night time, really takes the stress off the eyes. Putting them on you can immediately feel the relief on your eyes especially when you’re working with bright screens or overhead fluorescents, and especially if it’s at night. And wearing them at night really helped with my sleep, too (I felt tired sooner, and even slept better, too).
I think these glasses are best suited for being stationary and just looking at a screen or watching TV or something like that; but if you’re gonna be dynamic & moving around a lot, I found that it was a little disorienting having light still coming in from the sides while walking the fully lit office.
They’re very lightweight & are comfortable in the nose; some glasses tend to mess my nose up, or rub my bridge raw (that’s not a euphemism lol)
Honestly, if they weren’t too tight on my head, or were adjustable, they’d be full 5 stars, no doubt. Great glasses, great lenses, great results.

Ironically, I am wearing these right now. These glasses help at night so I am not wired from looking at my phone at night. Definitely a solid blue light blocking product.
