Muy cómodas y de buena calidad. Quizá el cristal un poco estrecho lo que hace que te entre algo de luz por la parte baja pero sin duda, las volvería a comprar.

2 people tried it in the household with differing results:

    -Person with 20/20 vision:
Definitely helps with eye fatigue and dryness, but other that that no improvements with visual quality aside from slight magnification during initial use where your eyes quickly adjust to it and you never notice it thereafter

    -Person w/o 20/20 vision:
There is some eye-strain for the first day of prolong use as your eyes tries to adjust to the slight magnification and yellow tint. After the initial hurdle it does help with eye dryness, and helps a bit in dealing with eye fatigue but not as drastic as the person with 20/20

Do see some visual improvements while gaming, especially in darker video game locations/levels and some items or small environmental items do stick out. Dark brownish green items do stick out more as with small flashes of hidden collectible items

    -Both:
Not for outdoor use. Not advertised as such, but just noting it seeing it does look like sunglasses. It enhances the glare from the sun while driving or jogging so it can be dangerous if you’re not careful. I think Gunnar do sell outdoor brands as well

Does work well with headsets as the product is very light and you don’t really feel it is there during extensive use

With the nose piece where it, is lenses appear very close to your face. Saying that, if you have a tendency to itch within the lens area, you have to take the glasses half way or all the way off to do so without risk of smudging the lens with fingerprints or breaking the glasses as the material appears rather delicate

Even though it’s not all you ask for it’s very stylized and may be worth the high price tag if you decided to wear it frequently

Update: Having worn it non-stop for 2 weeks (aside from sleeping), when taken off there is no eye fatigue with extensive exposure to monitor or TV screens. Seems like the Gunnar glasses act like eye braces as it conditions your eye muscles to not go full blast when a heavy light source is present

GUNNAR are a fairly old and very reputable brand when it comes to Gaming and Computer Eyewear glasses. These particular glasses by GUNNAR look and feel incredible. I have in the past work blue light blocking glasses similar to these but a lot cheaper. The difference between these and a cheap brand here on amazon is incompatible and it really shows why GUNNAR are one of the leading brands in the industry.

these glasses utilise a yellow tiny which block out all the blue light from your screen no matter the intensity. This is crucial, especially when you’re looking at a bright screen in a dark environment. I love that the yellowish tint isn’t too strong and hence it isn’t intrusive to why you’re watching/looking at on your screen.

With that being said the frames have a lovely metallic build which is robust yet thin and lightweight. The glasses and frames also have grip regions, particularly near the ears to help keep you comfortable especially during longer hours on the screen. This grip is reinforced on the nose which allows the glasses to gently and easily sit on your nose without falling off. GUNNAR have their logo branded discretely on the sides of the frames as well as on the microfibre cloth bag that the glasses come in. It’s a little shame that these don’t have a more robust casing to keep them in as the original box is simply made of card but the cloth bag should keep them clean if you intend on taking them with you to work, etc.

Very nice quality glasses made from high quality materials. Hence they are worth the £65 price tag as they do a great job at protecting your eye health from your screens.

Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! 🙂

Llevo 2 semanas usándolas, todo el día estoy en la computadora en mi trabajo, antes terminaba con los ojos rojos, desde que empecé a utilizarlas sentí una diferencia ya no tengo los ojos tan rojos y le siento más descansado…

This was my first time buying Gunnar and didn’t expect them to be much different than the cheap pair that had broken I had before the Gunnars. Whatever all their claims of this and that and the other may be….Fact is, when I put these in it was like discovering polarized sunglasses all over again. Instant clarity and a tone down with the amber tint. I also find the slight magnification to be a boon. People saying in reviews that the frames are cheap just aren’t putting two and two together. Light does not = cheap. Look at all those $700 pairs of Silhouettes with nothing but two titanium wires attached. These are light purposefully so you can wear them all day experiencing little to no fatigue from wearing them. The quality is worth the price IMO and with a sale and Prime all the better. Worst case you return them for free. Recommend!

After watching nearly all the youtube video reviews on this, I have the following comments regarding concerns any potential buyer might have:

I’m worried about the yellow tint:
Don’t be afraid of the yellow tint. You won’t really notice it that much after wearing it for even just a few minutes. It looks tons more yellow from others looking at you than you looking through the lenses.

Do these really have built-in prescriptions:
Yes, there is a super minor magnification. You’ll notice a change, but it’s not like you’re wearing someone else’s glasses. If you want full on prescription versions, you’ll probably have to order through Gunnar directly and add on about $200.

    Frame sizes:
Don’t get all excited about a frame style until you check the width of them. I learned that the “temple” dimension is NOT the width between the temples. What’s shown on the website as Temple dimension refers to the length of the arms. To get the width, you just add the width of the two lenses + the width of the nose bridge. I found that the Epoch versions were way too narrow for my head and gave me headaches b/c the spring was just too strong. Poor size = poor fitment = discomfort. Get the correct pare.

What does the Z mean at the end of the model number?
As far as Amazon is concerned, it means nothing. It’s probably incorrect b/c Gunnar tells me the Z is only for prescription models which Amazon doesn’t sell. The one with the Z was cheaper on Amazon and I suspected it was incorrect and was exactly the same as the one w/o the Z….and it is.

People say the glasses are poor quality and feel cheap.
Just b/c it’s light weight does not mean it’s cheap. The hinge design at least on the pair of Sheadogs I settled with are high end. It’s not a type of hinge I’ve seen before. Gunnar worked on the design and it shows. These are quality glasses. If you appreciate high end design, these are them. I’ve seen other competitors “computer glasses” and they’re nowhere near the same league as Gunnars.

    Is it worth it?
It’s worth a shot. These can be bought through Best Buy and Gamestop if you want to try it at a brick and motar store. They’re return policy is decent and probably allows returns w/no problem assuming they’re still in new condition when you try to return it.

    Cool factor?
It’s a recognized brand for people “in-the-know” and people like being part of the group of “in-the-know.” So yeah, you might feel a bit better knowing you have a cool product that not necessarily everyone knows about but the people who do really know these are a good product.

    Effects of the lenses?
The best way I can describe it is “muted.” Everything looks “muted.” Computer screens will look a bit more dull. I can’t say there’s improved contrast. Not sure how that would be possible with a non polarized lens. One guy on youtube said he experienced a “bowed” effect where the top of his computer appear curved. I experienced no such thing. Perhaps his model of glasses caused that, but the Sheadog nor the Epoch do that.

    Does everything really look bigger?
Not as extreme as a 20″ monitor looking like a 22″, but you’ll notice that things are a bit bigger than before. Even my baby’s head looked bigger while wearing these. Bigger, but not distorted.

    UPDATE:
I just received my VSP insurance reimbursement check in the mail. $70 back. What’s not to love.

They seem to allow me to take care of work for longer times without straining my eyes. I’m an IT worker, so most of my daily life revolves around staring at monitors in one form or another.

They are comfortable, fit my head well, and the filter and coating seem to be very nice. I’m not noticing any blur or artifacts from a bad surface or lens.

These actually do work to deduce eye fatigue, unfortunately the size is pretty small, I’m an average build guy at 5’8″ and these things hug my head pretty tight. They also create a slight glare due to the unnatural bend they are forced into because of it small size. That being said, they are light and surprisingly comfortable. Next time I will order a larger model with more of a flat profile to the lenses.
