I’m not sure if they are beneficial…Dog hates them and I have to remember to sneak in his food and that’s a problem
Kat –
Dogs love the taste, and it seemed to help the newest guy get used to transitioning to the new food.

I bought these a while ago and didn’t want to review them until my dog tried them but thankfully she hasnt needed them so I am going to review them anyway based on what I know about them, the pieces are small, you give more or less depending on your dogs size, I have a medium dog (Australian Shepherd) so I would give her 2. They have a lot of good ingredients. In the past my dog had a very sensitive belly but thankfully she has been doing ok for a while, this sounds like common sense but when I stopped giving my dog ANY and all human food (like making sure she couldnt reach anything in the sink, or the trash, or the counters, and that guests and family never gave her a bite of anything) her issues largely went away. My friends dog recently got almost deathly ill from drinking pond water so make sure they never drink any sitting water that is not safe, the community drinking bowl is gross too because you don’t know how often if ever they change those things. good luck. I willbe keeping a jar of these on hand forever and hope I dont need to use them.

I’ve been giving my senior poodle mix these for a few weeks now and have noticed a huge improvement in her occasional upset tummy. She frequently eats grass and will vomit, but that’s stopped completely. She’s picky and doesn’t seem to care for the flavor on their own but they crumble easily and I mix them with another treat or kibble. Dogs under 10lbs only need half a treat so for a 90 day supply it’s a great deal

I’m satisfied with the way they are showing me how much they like it.

This is the first thing I have tried that keeps my dog from having bouts of diarrhea. And they love it. When I gave her Pro Plan Flora flora she still got diarrhea and would go in the house cause she couldn’t hold it. Since switching to this she hasn’t gone in the house even one time. It’s been over a month now. And it’s cheaper than Pro Plan too. An added bonus.

Never know what to write about supplements really, most of the time you cannot tell if they’re having an impact or not. For these Wellness ones, it is a brand I’ve used/fed quite a bit over the years, so I am familiar with them and trust them more than others. We do have beagles who have issues periodically with anal glands not emptying, then exploding in the house. I’ve tried Glandex previously, maybe that helped a bit? However, it is pricier, about 30 for a 2 month supply ($25 with S&S). With one dog I was ok buying it, but now with 2, it’s kind of spendy for something that maybe helping a bit, or not.
I am unsure if this Wellness product is going to be helping with that scenario, but assuming it doesn’t hurt to try it. Of course this is also not cheap, but a slightly better value with a 3 month supply, $35 and $33 S&S (come on, lets see a 10% discount or more for S&S!). The ingredient list looks decent here, pumpkin is good, I’ve seen that recommended for anal glands because of the fiber. The dogs like them and have not had any issues after eating them. I am kind on the fence between 4 or 5 stars, but they’re an ok value, and if you really are looking for supplements of this type, it’s from a reputable brand so definitely worth trying.
