I have a Quaker and he absolutely LOVES this food. I don’t use it as a complete diet because he also loves fresh fruits and vegetables, but he loves this food as his main go-to diet. It’s always in front of him and if he starts getting low, he lets me know LOUDLY that I’m to get over there and refill his food.

My bird is a flinger, nope not this, nope, maybe, she plows through the seed cup picking and choosing her faves to fling and some faves to eat!
This is a fortified food and should be providing many of the vitamins and nutrients for your bird!
It looked and smelled good and fresh to me, plenty of choices and variety, very reasonable to feed evey day plus fresh veggies and fruities and some table scraps, too!
My parrot liked it as much as she could, and ate what she liked, again, she’s a flinger and ate what she liked, and no problem , I’d recommend and order again!

However this is such a nice mix of a balanced diet I mix this bag to 5 lbs safflower and it becomes the perfect mix for my suns.
Fresh fruit and vegetables must still be main stay of all diets, the seed mix can sit in the bowl after they have eaten all fresh stuff

I can’t really speak to the flavor as I don’t eat this, but my two conures do. The food appears to be good quality with minimal sticks and dirt. I’ve been feeding Kaytee food for over 30 years.

My conures really enjoy this as their snacking food. Especially the sunflower seeds. It’s a variety for them and they love foraging through the different ingredients like a hunt. Easy store bag with zip closure. Price is less on Amazon than the pet stores that carry this so ya waiting for delivery is worth it. This bag lasts me about a week for my 6 conures. This is not their everyday food, it’s an I’m between meal.
