Looks great in our 30g tank. Cory catfish and other bottom feeders love to hide in it.

Picture was misleading.

This is exactly what I expected based on the dimensions and details provided by the seller. Looks great in my 29 gal tank

This cute little log has a nice organic look that with match nicely with a natural tank.
My dwarf bristlenose pleco loves to hide out in the little log. It’s perfect for any shy critters.
My tank is 10 gallons for size reference.
It is very easy to clean with a brush and hot water.

I bought this because it looks nice and was listed in the title AND the product description as being for bettas.
It is not. Not because it’s smaller than you expect. It IS very small…it’s not even as long as my hand, and only half as wide. But it does seem true to the dimensions in the picture. The problem is how ROUGH the texures are. I rubbed my fingers over it and it’s very picky and has lots of poking sharp bits. Betta fins are like thin wet tissue. They catch and tear very easily (that’s why you can’t use plastic plants in a betta tank…you have to use silk.)
You can get lucky and have a betta who doesn’t like to rub up on things, but I definitely won’t be risking this one to test it out. It didn’t pass the ‘pantyhose’ test, though…where you take a piece of pantyhouse and gently run it over the surface to make sure it doesn’t catch on anything, as an alternative for using your living fish as an experiment. This thing catches and pulls on fabric like crazy.
So, I don’t recommend this for a betta. I also don’t recommend it for anything but the smallest and/or slenderest of fish. No cute roly-poly chubbos are gonna fit through this dinky thing.
It does *look* nice, though. If you have tetras or pygmy corydoras ors shrimp the like, this is probably great. But I’m upset at it being described specifically as betta cave. My money was wasted.

This aquarium log 🪵 is full of detail and fits perfectly in any aquascape. Will definitely buy a few more because my fish LOVE it.

the piece looks great in my aquarium and all my fish seem to love it. have some neon tetras, gold mollies and pleco

This was cute but it was just too small for the price. I end up getting one at Petco and it was the same price and double the size. This would probably be good for someone who has a very small tank.

Perfect size for my tank
