Showed up a day early. And after a couple of calls to dish it works great.

Didn’t realize second receiver was affected by first receiver. Couldn’t watch different channels that ran on different satellite. Not what we were looking for.

Does not work, have to reset daily and makes a loud drilling noise. I am requesting a refund. I have called Tech support numerous times and tried all the directions and yet it still has to be reset daily. Neighbors asked us to move it away from camper due to the drilling noise. Refund should be allowed due to this thing never working properly.

Bought the Playmaker Dual for our RV. It’s working well so far on our first camping trip which is great because OTA and cell service is weak. The system did several updates, one at my home on an initial test and one at our campsite. We are only using one receiver currently. HINT -when choosing a campsite use Google earth to pick one without obstructions and a clear view of the southern sky.

I am stuck with only dish network. Tec support is great. There are 2 hook up so you can have 2 boxes. Only one works. Now I have a second box I wasted money on.
