After reading a ton of reviews, I needed to buy an ab wheel and didn’t want to spend much money. Some of the cheaper ones in this one’s price range had reviews that mentioned spokes that break. Went with this one since it has no spokes and it seems unbreakable. Works great, buy it. It’s pretty stable and comfortable in the hands. Really works everything when u do it right andd stretch out far- core, lats, triceps. It’s like doing a pullover with your body weight. Great exercise.

I will start off by saying that I am 6’4″, and the standard wheel ab rollers I have purchased in the past have failed to hold up to the test of time for me.
That said, it was recommended I look for the wide wheel ab roller, since they are studier and would hold up to my core workouts. I saw this one and figured for the price, I didn’t have much to loose, and decided to give it a shot. Assemble was easy, and it even came with a kneeling pad, which was a nice bonus. I have been using it for a few weeks now, at least 4 times a week, and it is able to handle me with no issues, and I am getting a smooth ab workout. Definitely a solid buy of an exercise accessory.

This little device does its job well! At $11 it is relatively inexpensive too- no need to pay more.
I tried it as soon as it arrived. The good: it simple and works. But I am weaker than I thought ! 172 pounds , Could only do 4 pushups and could only roll the device half way. Device also showed my weak shoulder muscles – but within a week of use, I sense already some improvement .

Good value, works well, works your core like it is supposed to. Only negatives, wheel should be all rubber, it is partially rubber and hard plastic. Knee mat works but it is very small.
