I found the process of downloading Photoshop very easy to do. Instructions are provided, and if you read and follow them, it’s a pretty easy process. One thing that surprised me a little, was that I then had to do an additional download, in order to work in RAW – at no extra cost. But, that was an easy process, too – I guess I just assumed it was a part of the whole thing. This purchase was an upgrade for me, as the one I was using was an older version. That being said, I feel like I need to add my two cents about Photoshop, in general. No, it’s not exactly easy to operate, straight out of the gate. It takes time and patience and a serious interest in enhancing your photography. If you want to learn it, then you’ll have to put in the time to play around, experiment and learn what all you can do. It’s well worth the effort! As a retired photographer, I won’t be without it. And I sincerely doubt I’ll ever use anything else.

I had a little trouble figuring out how to get the pc code to do the download. I finally figured it out and all is good. I have been using PS elements for years as my go to photo editing tool. It is easy and intuitive. I needed to get the most recent version mostly for the newest RAW file support for Nikon. There are also some enhancements. It really takes care of all my photo editing needs.

I’ve used Adobe products for as long as they have been in business but this latest edition won’t even install. I bought a new laptop and the 2024 edition of Elements to make sure everything worked great. I keep getting error codes and after uninstalling and reinstalling still no luck and no customer service from Adobe. They have been going downhill for years. DO NOT BUY if you use a windows based computer

I just lost $99.99 due to a misleading ad, the product is described as photoshop but in reality, to lure you in and making you purchase photoshop through this product, which will only allow you to use the organizer which in turn useless. There is no Adobe phone number to get help, no clear instructions. Misleading and dishonest product.

I bought my Photoshop Elements yesterday at the 30% off, then I spent an unbelievable amount of time in the darkness of trying to download it. As usually, it is presented in 100% Geekese, with the assumption that if they knew how to do it, so should you. I have used this product for many years, then suddenly I was told I had tried to put it on too many devices, with first disabling on one of the devices. With no directions how. That put me in a bad mood. Then after purchasing the product, I read the reviews which was very disheartening. Finally, a quirk of Providence, one of the reviews told me the “activation code ” is the “redemption code”. Then, I discovered counter-intuitively “redemption” does not mean you have to have a “plan” of payments. You have indeed purchased the product. Then, you have to search for a place to put the activation code to get the “serial number”, which is a matter of receiving an “email” from Photoshop. But when? In 2 days? Some said Never. Nevertheless, I kept checking and re-checking my email. I will never know if 1. the email just finally arrived, OR 2. did I do something different to find it. But Voila ! Then everything fell into place. But had even called my credit card company to try to stop payment. Now, I am glad, they said, No, wait. And finally, I even see that I can load the program on 3 devices. I wondered.

For me, Elements 2024 is an upgrade to the 2021 version on my old Win10 laptop. I figured my shiny new Dell All-in-One deserved the latest and greatest. Being familiar with the 2021 version, I have had no problems using the new version. However, getting there was the hard part. Mine is the software download version and Amazon and Adobe do not make the procedure easy. There were times when one wonders where the heck is the program? Compounding the download/installation hurdles was the fact that that I could not use my $30+ Rewards points to help pay for it. That’s because it came with a $3 discount instead. Rewards point not allowed. The online receipt shows the charge as if the points WERE applied; however, Amazon billed my credit card the full amount (minus the $3). Sheesh. No more software downloads for me.
