These pads remove everything!
I needed to use a waterproof eyeliner to paint Cruella de Vil eyes on my daughter for an ice skating performance. She wore, large painted on “Dalmatian” themed black and white cat eyes. I found the best eyeliner, it is really waterproof and does not smudge. I bought several makeup removers to try, and these Almay Longwear pads wiped the makeup right off, it leaves nothing behind. Thanks to this remover, she was also able to use the same eyeliner for Halloween costume, cat makeup, and go to school in the morning with no evidence of residual makeup.. best makeup remover ever!
Also, bonus, there’s no scent! I’m highly allergic to the fragrances used in most cosmetic products, so there were no migraine or asthma triggers with using this product. Thank you for that, Almay!

This was such a disappointment. So greasy and not the best for removing mascara. This brand has better products to offer. Skip this particular one.

These pads dissolve water resistant mascara without rubbing or stretching. Press pad against the eye and hold for moment, then wrap pad around finger and press and sweep against lashes. You will have to BLOT WITH A TISSUE afterwards to pick up residue cleanser, but still no tugging. Love it.

I like how easy it is to use with just one wipe at a time. Oil melts the make up easily. But because it is oily it is usually not super easy to clean. And the material of the wipe is not ultra soft so sensitive skin may find it a little too coarse.

Unless you use waterproof mascara, I’d recommend the Almay oil free makeup remover over this one. This one is clearly oil based and it does the job of removing makeup fairly easily but I find it takes a bit more effort to wipe away the mascara than the oil free. I expected it to be more effective. I like the idea of the oil moisturizing the eye area but I am unsure if that’s enough benefit to offset the extra bit of rubbing it takes to remove the makeup. LIke it’s oil free counterpart, it is hypo-allergenic and fragrance free which, for me, are perks. If you prefer an oil based remover or if you wear harder to remove makeup, like waterproof mascara, you will be well served by these pads. They definitely do the job and leave the eye area soft. If you wanted to reapply makeup again right away, you’d want to wash it off first because it does leave oil on your skin, which is great if you’re doing it at bed time. I bought these in the store because my delivery did not show up due to an error by the post office but they do not make this product any longer. They did a new and improved one and let me tell you it’s nothing like the old one the old one worked 100 times better and the new one is a waste of money

A bit greasy, though they also offer an oil-free version. And the price would be fine if you didn’t need more than one, but you probably will. That said — they work really well!
