Absolutely love it . Looks and feels like very high quality jacket. Will recommend it 👌.
The anly complaint i have to the seller it about the color of the jacket . On the picture it looks like brown but in fact it is black. And yes in the description it says black but the picture confused me a bit. So will be nice to see a picture which reflects the real product color. Ps I personally liked the black color to so i will keep it.

Nada calurosa, muy ligera y el diseño está increíble.

The waist area feels a little shorts but it feels pretty comfortable while riding. Jacket has good air flow. I ride it with a light sweater because at higher speeds you get a little chilled.

One of the best mesh/textile jackets available. Has flexible and thin shoulder and elbow protectors. Thus avoiding the bulk. Pockets for chest and back protectors are provided. Decent air circulation to cool you. Little resistance to light showers. But otherwise good looking and a comfortable jacket.

El producto llegó sin coderas, no me había percatado hasta que retiré las etiquetas, chequen bien la suya para que no les pase 🙁

Fit around the torso is a little snug which a lot of other reviews said so I went one size up. The padding is great but you do need to buy padding for the back area. While wearing this, I got hit while sitting at a stop light and only area on my body that got damaged was my shoulder blade since there was nothing to protect it. Everything else did it’s job

First off, I think its important to understand the product you are buying, and which needs you want it to serve. If you are not sure about that or have unrealistic expectations, then it might not be what you are looking for.
I was looking for a lightweight jacket that provides modest protection for the road with good airflow for cooling on warmer days. I also expected that following the standard sizing chart that it would be a snug fit, since you wouldn’t typically want loose gear flapping in the wind or sagging excessively and exposing skin during an off. Also, looking at the other reviews on the sizing it appeared that it may run small. With all that in mind, I ordered an XL and its been perfect to wear on its own, or with an Axial Block shirt for cooler AM temps. I am 5’10”, 175#, with a 42R jacket size.
Also – it does come with lightweight shoulder and elbow pads. I wouldn’t even consider them CE Level 1, but they are in there. As clearly stated in the product info here and on AS.com, it DOES NOT include a back protector. However, for anywhere from $45-80 you can get an AS Nucleon Flex Pad which fits it great – or you can find other brands for even less $$. For me, this was expected and not the end of the world.
Now, if you are looking for higher-level protection – or something for the track such as ‘fuzzy nuts’ stated below – then OBVIOUSLY this is not the gear you are looking for! I would imagine most intermediate-level riders and up would understand that. For anyone who has supposedly done track days or racing, it wouldn’t even be up for consideration.
You can access and change all pads in this jacket – there is a small access zipper on the back at the very bottom of the jacket liner. There is a also a 3/4 circumference zipper to attach with riding pants. The back of the jacket is not as long as some other styles but still provides good coverage IMO and both the back and the arms are at a proper length – for me – while leaning forward or riding upright on an MT07. The jacket has 2 outside ‘hand’ pockets, a velcro closure pocket on each side of the interior liner, and one “waterproof” zipper pocket on the left side of the interior liner. (The inner liner is not removable BTW) There is a small reflective stripe on the bicep area of each sleeve which is approx 1/2″ wide x 6″ long. The “red” accents on the jacket are FLUORESCENT RED as clearly stated in the manufacturer’s specs for this version. To me, they are not “orange” and certainly not a traditional ‘fire engine’ or ‘apple’ red as some may have expected. (I believe that color is on the “red” version jacket, not “fluoro red”)
The jacket provides excellent airflow even at low speeds, on the front and around the back and sides of the jacket.
Again, for a quality lightweight, airflow jacket with a moderate level of protection, this jacket checks all the boxes for me. If you are looking for something with more protection, this probably isn’t it.

Stylist riding jacket with protection looks good. Feels good, And competitively priced design for a more fit individual I recommend going up one size if you’re a little bulky

Die Jacke sieht nicht nur super aus sondern erfüllt all meine Erwartungen. Sie ist funktionell und bequem. Würde sie weiterempfehlen. Preis-Leistung top.

Some folks say it runs small, some folks say it runs big. I usually wear an XL when it comes to jackets, after reading most of the reviews, I decided to go with the XXL. The fit is fine, it’s a bit bulky in some areas and the sleeves are longer than I would like but its a decent fit, could be better though. I do have to adjust the elbow pads each time I put the jacket on since they sit around my forearms but they seem to stay in place while I’m riding.
The looser fit is more noticeable in the summer when I’m usually only wearing t-shirt under the jacket, but its been a nicer, more snug fit in the colder months when I’m wearing a hoodie or sweater underneath.
Luckily I haven’t had a need for the protective padding yet but I’m confident in it’s ability to provide some protection in an unfortunate situation. Overall I would recommend this jacket, just maybe try one on first to save on some shipping and return costs!

All jokes aside this is a fantastic jacket for the price. Just make sure you understand the “fit” when making a purchase of an Alpine Stars jacket. Most of their gear is more of a European “fit” so it’s not baggie and loose like we typically buy in the US.
The jacket stays pretty cool during summer rides due to a lot of mesh venting in the whole chest area. It also comes with shoulder and elbow armor with a pocket for a spine/back protector.
