Animal Glucosamine Chondroitin Joint Support Supplement

52 years old, I work on raised platforms with lot of stairs all day long. My knees are trashed, so I’m always on the lookout for something to keep em lubed up and healing. This stuff seems to help, I don’t notice my knees hurting all day or swollen up after work. It doesn’t mix well, I’ve tried cold water, hot water, mixing in other things, stirring and shakers. It just stays clumpy most of the time, and as the day goes on, it’s pretty heavy and will settle at the bottom of a bottle, so needs shaken repeatedly until it’s gone. Doesn’t taste very good either, so I mix in an orange lmnt or liquid IV to help. Good product, one of the few things I’ve got on subscription now.

I’m 48 years old. I lift weights and run 3-5 days a week. Honestly, exercise keeps me sane. Over the years I’ve developed minor shoulder and knee pains. I started out taking Animal Pak & PM recovery. Then I added Flex & Omega. I don’t have any carry-over pain. In other words, if I wear myself out on an 11-mile run, maybe my knee or hip or whatever hurts a little right afterward. Maybe not. But if it does, it doesn’t last. The next day I’m back to baseline. I work circles around guys that are 20-30 years old. My bloodwork is solid. No deficiencies or toxicities. I will take these vitamins for the rest of my life. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Excellent value for money

As some have said, this product may be useful for you or it may not. That does not mean it’s a bad product, it simply states a fact. With that in mind, here is my experience with this product.

Getting old really sucks, but I am fighting it all the way. I’m 60 years old and I train for and compete in Spartan Obstacle races. My training consists of 6 training days a week alternating a weight day with a cardio/HIIT day, One might say I’m in pretty damn good shape. The hardest part about keeping this type of training regime is getting up in the morning.

After a good nights rest, my joints on this old body have stiffened and are slow to respond. There is soreness as well in the knee joints and shoulders.

This product has minimized this stiffness and soreness and has made a noticeable and much-appreciated difference in my mobility in the morning. In addition, shoulder pain from bench press and Military presses have been reduced and knee pain is gone. To be fair, I had very little knee pain anyway. but what I had is gone.

So, how do I know it’s the result of this product? I keep a training log. I wrote down when I started this product and noted its effects. I changed nothing else in my diet. I don’t take any prescription drugs so it’s not possible the result of that.

I did stop taking the product for a period of time and noticed the same problems started to manifest once again. So, while not scientific, it’s more than likely my positive results are because of this product.

It’s unknown if you will experience the same results. The only way to know is to try it for a while and see. Give it a good test. It might take two months, it will not happen in a week or two.

The powder form is by far the best and easiest way to ingest this product. I think it tastes great. I take this product, the multivitamin and the Juiced Aminos all in the power from. They all have the same flavor.

I have used Universal nutrition products for a number of years and feel they are the real deal in nutrition.

UPDATE. MAY 22, 2019.

I have used this product for over a year now. I take it daily and rarely miss a day. For me, the product has a noticeable impact. At 62, I do not have any joint issues. Running, jumping,training all without any joint pain. Now, Prior to taking the product, i’m not saying I was walking around with a walker and this stuff has set me free. But I did have some slight pain in my knee joints and shoulders and walking up stairs was at times a little painful. That is all gone now. I wake up in the morning without any stiffness in the joints, just sore muscles from working out. I do not have any proof this produce is the result. But I do sincerely think it is the reason. I do workout very hard. Harder then most 60 Year olds I’m sure, so that may help, but I’m sold on this product and plan to take it indefinitely. Will it work for you. The fact is, no one really knows. You will have to try for yourself and see. It will take a month or so to see results if any. Then you will know.

I used to take the animal flex in pill form back in the day! lol. But I recently started up again on joint support and found they make it in a powder! I’ve been using the Orange flavoring every morning for a few months now. It mixes smooth for me. I also add a extra scoop of collagen to it and that mixes smooth also with it. I drink it with my breakfast. It definitely has helped my elbow pain from training so hard frequently.
