Very disappointing. At the cost of this item one would expect better quality, even for a refurbished product. The headphones were covered in human hair upon arrival (clearly not cleaned), had a broken adjustment mechanism on the right side so they would not stay up, and looked very warn.

These are phenomenal! Love the way they cancel out the noise around me, and how comfortable they are. The sound is incredible as well. I think they’re refurbished, but I couldn’t tell at all. They came with everything a new pair would, and they weren’t nearly as expensive! Another great buy on Amazon!!!

Just got this today. LOVE the digital print. Turned it on – connected automatically. Sadly, prompt also said it was out of warranty so please keep that in mind. One ear pad is a bit distorted but clean otherwise. Once connected, I opened Apple Music to test Spatial Audio and sound. Noise cancelling is not great. If I turn it up I can’t hear anything – but I shouldn’t have to sacrifice hearing for noise cancelling. Yes – tested with and without ANC…not great either way. (Family tested for a good base result) My daughter bought a brand new pair at another local store. We tested both. Mine sound tinny. I went into Apple Music and set different EQs and I am willing to give it a week before I make a final decision. I bought them for ANC and right now- the sound doesn’t carry the weight of no ANC. ☹️ will be back in a week to update.
New update – battery is not holding a charge well :(. Slow charging as well.

I enjoy great sound quality while I lift and this delivers. Albeit they do slide a bit when I do decline bench press but outside that phenomenal. I tend to recommend these if ppl are looking for headphones with decent durability, battery life longevity and performance.

These head phones work great and they hooked up easily to our Samsung smart tv. I bought them for my husband that is nearly deaf. There were some adjustments to be made in settings to get them to work for us. Every time you turn them on you have to use the remote to connect them to the tv. It is a little irritating. My husband has trouble with the volume control and the on and off. He is confused between the on and off lights and the charging lights. This is his problem. The average person should have no trouble using them.

I bought these because I owned a pair of Shure headphones for the gym. The Shure were too wide and would slide off my head when I would lay down. These fit much more snug. Great quality and sound.
