Don’t mess around with Thunderbolt docs and capture card catastrophes. These things have a beautiful picture and move a lot of data. I didn’t find any other quad cards that were PCIe 3.0 and 8 PCIe lanes. Everything else is PCIe 2 or 1 and 4 lanes. This blows away all the current capture cards on the market. I spent 9 months dealing with all this, and was misinformed that these are PCIe 2.0, and 4 lanes. So, I didn’t have them in the running. I was looking at Yuan, etc. Then I just came across the specs one day, going back over everything. What a fricking find. Good for action sstraight to computer recording / streaming. Buy without fear if you use a PC.

PCスペック:Win10Pro/Ryzen1700/Mem64G/GTX1600
使用ソフト:Blackmagic Media Express(純正、公式webよりダウンロード)、OBS(フリーソフト)

I installed this card into my Vmix production workstation. It is excellent. Worked right out of the box – once the drivers are installed you’ll get four individual HDMI inputs that support up to 4k video up to 60p. I have attached cameras at 4k 30, a PC, and a few TV boxes I was reviewing to it and all has been good so far.
I regularly run three cameras through it during live productions and it has been rock solid. I can highly recommend.

This worked fine at first – purchased it with a Sonnet and connected to my MacBook Pro M1 Max for live-streaming. I use it at least once or twice a month. Then I noticed red lines coming out on one HDMI channel until eventually it stopped reading completely.

Worked perfectly on my Dell Precision T5600.

少し高価ですが4Kを4入力可能でこの値段は、お買い得だと思います。

I stream here on Amazon Live everyday and I use this capture card for a dual PC set up! It works AMAZING! it also does 4k! It’s better than the Magewell and wayyyy cheaper! Set up is a bit confusing though if you buy this card and need help setting it up come join my stream and I’ll help walk you through the set up. You have to go to their website and finding the drivers is not so easy but after about an hour I was able to find the drivers and get it all set up and ready to go! I use all four ports of the capture card one for my Camera, Nintendo Switch, Gaming PC and PS4 and stream using OBS! It captures perfectly and is able to take my Gaming PC and put our crisp quality! I haven’t seen many streamers review this product but I highly recommend it for streaming if you need more than 1 HDMI port! Like I said if you have any questions about this product, capture cards, building PCs, Gaming or tech! Check out my Amazon Live streams! I would love to help the best I can! Super passionate about Tech and PCs! You can find my stream by clicking my name and going to my Amazon profile if you follow my profile it’ll notify you when I go live! You can also find my streams by going to Amazon.com/shop/Atarabyte!
I hope this review helps you and I hope you have a terrific day! ^^

I’ve had this card installed in my Mac Pro 7,1 for about 9 months now. I consistently use 3 ports, with the 4th port used every once in a while. It handles it all well, and keeps the HDMI displays active at all times, which eliminates the black screen you would get when switching between inputs.
BMD is a great company that has for years made high quality, accessible gear for surprisingly low prices. Similar cards from competitors are around $800-$1000, some of which aren’t even 4K compatible.
I do wish there was some type of strain relief for the HDMI cables as I frequently have to move my Mac Pro tower and I’m increasingly concerned about the stress being put on the input ports by the large, heavy HDMI cables. All in all, this is a great card.

It took me more than 2 days to find technical support information, installation information and Drivers
Before you buy check the system requirements, Drivers go by the name of “Desktop Video” on black magic website and there is an internal USB plug that I have no idea what it does… (no documentation) I’ve gotten mine to work but the hassle was terrible

Got one of these to build out our church media PC. Working well so far. It is compatible with OBS and is priced significantly better than its next quad input competitor (if you’ve been looking around on here you know who I’m talking about). I took one mark off for ease of install because the website was hard to navigate initially to locate the device driver but I called tech support and they walked me right through it. Definitely worth five stars for that alone.

Product shipped a week earlier than expected, had an issue and customer support called me within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. Easily installed in a Mac Pro and once you install the drivers from Blackmagic support and restart it works great. I’m able now to sell 4 cam link 4k units at nearly $200 each. 4k 60 works with nearly imperceptible lag. Happy customer.
