This was the third of the price of one by the manufacturer of my power cage. I use it with a 55lb and 15lb bumper plate (don’t know why it says not compatible) on a rubber mat. Stays put and is smooth through the motions. Simple and works. Do have plates touching a corner when using and it has held a good amount of weight. The only thing I can see wearing out is the bolt and I don’t see it happening anytime soon. If it does, Hardware stores have them for a tiny price. Buy and add to your garage gym.

previously i was just using the row grip placed under my bar, but it was starting to mar the knurling so i looked for this alternative. works great and the chain is long enough to keep it away from #45 plates. the carabiners look super weak so i don’t think i would use it over #200. so far i used this on the landmine to do rope rows and curls, then to do bent over rows with single and double d handles. it has limited use for me, but is very cost effective considering how unlikely it is to break. if anything, i will replace the chain and carabiners when they eventually fail.

Very cheaply made, but that’s not a bad thing. They save, you save, and the function is all that matters. I’ve put it through the ringer with quite a bit of weight for innumerable sets, and it’s more than solid enough. Most importantly is the design. I have expensive Rogue attachments, but I plan to sell them. This horizontal, pronated angle is optimal for lats will minimizing biceps incorporation. Do not bother with neutral or even angled-grip rowing. My lats have never felt better, and I couldn’t be happier with this attachment.

I got a landmine attachment for our Oly bar, and I’ve always loved doing T-bar rows, so to get started I ordered a Cap FItness PRO Straight T-Bar Row Attachment. Cap has always been a gateway drug for our growing home gym as they have low-cost, lighter duty equipment to get you started, but in the long run this seems to lead to higher quality, heavier equipment. This T-bar row attachment will be no exception.
It turns out my husband never did T-bar rows, although he used lots of gear at the gym, but at 6’7″, he thought he was too tall. I convinced him to try try this out with the landmine attachment, and within one set, he kept telling me “I really like T-bar rows!”
This one will do for now, but it has no weight rating that I could find. I’m recovering from injuries, so I expect to be able to use it for quite a while, but I imagine the hubs will be needing something stronger. For now, though, it’s something we both use.
Something about our many experiences with Cap is that once in a while, you’ll get something that isn’t welded right. If that happens, Amazon will do an exchange for you, and it’s very worth the occasional exchange as the prices on this stuff are very good and most of the Cap attachments we’ve had for years – a couple pieces for decades – and used them with many cable machines, lat pulldown machines, 2 Bowflex machines and resistance bands with no issues at all.
This T-bar attachment is exactly as I hoped – it fits our Oly barbell snugly but not too tightly, it’s comfy for my small hands and my husband’s large hands, it added variety to our workouts, has no sharp edges or issues, and the price was right. I’m happy I decided to order it, and lucky me – I got it while it was on sale, too. I think most people will never use it over 150 pounds (keep in mind I couldn’t find a max weight anywhere), but if you’re a beast, you might want to get something more heavy duty. For most of us, though, this is just the ticket.

La verdad es justo lo que esperaba, veo comentarios negativos muy severos por caracterÃsticas que en realidad no vienen en la descripción.
Cumple el objetivo para los ejercicios de barra T a la perfección dando el rango de movimiento deseado y sin estorbar, por eso necesita estar un poco “flojo” como describen.
La razón de una estrella menos es porque sin peso encima, la base tiende a moverse un poco al querer poner la barra estática nuevamente. No es un gran problema y además hay varias soluciones fáciles para ello dependiendo de cómo tenga acomodados sus aparatos cada persona.

I love having this for back day. I love having options so it was great purchasing this but also I personally love the design of this one because it allows motion to come up as far as possible, unlike flat ones where your range of motion stops at your ribs. I’m happy that both items are together as I was looking for that. Definitely recommend

I bought this set for the landmine and the double-d handle, specifically to do rows.
The landmine itself is quite nice. The pin that goes into the weight plates is solid (not hollow pipe)! It requires assembly….. very simple, one bolt. The bar clamp screw is cheap plastic… but it’s redundant and unnecessary; I don’t use it at all, I just removed it.
The double d handle feels robust and solid.
The eyelet and chain. Well, this was just sort of a bonus for me. Even without this part, the landmine and handle kit were a great price. Perhaps I will find this useful for something in the future, but I prefer to just wrap the double d handle itself around the barbell, just below the weight. Using the eyelet and chain actually decreases the range of motion (due to the length of the chain). It is well made, and might be useful for other landmine exercises (belt squats or something? IDK), but it doesn’t work for my purposes.
