Like most reviews stated, assembly is atrocious. I have a family member that assembles things for a box store and said this was awful. What would have been 20 minutes for him turned into 45. If I had taken it on myself, lacking the engineering degree one of the other reviewers had and it took them 4 hours, I would have been working on it past 5 hours at least. HOWEVER, once assembled, it’s a nice little grill. Easy to clean, it lit on the 2nd button push. Keep in mind this is a flint spark and not battery so it will wear out sooner or later but has a hole to light with a grill lighter. Unlike some other reviews that said it didn’t get hot, mine had no problems quickly reaching a good grilling temp. What that is, I have no idea as there is no temperature gage. My burgers sizzled nicely when I put them on the rack. The size is perfect for me when I want to gill quick. I have a large Weber charcoal grill for when we have more people, but for me, my husband and grandson this is perfect. I fit 6 good size hamburgers and 5 hotdogs on it and grilled them to perfection without flareups and burning. The only drawback is that the leg base is pretty flimsy and when moving it, it wobbles. I only move it away from the house on a patio about six feet, but it makes me nervous doing it. For the money, it’s a great little grill if you want to run outside for a few and make dinner for 1-4 people and don’t want to fire up your stove.

i love this cooker. The heat is balanced, it is simple and easy to use. The legs were the hardest to put together because not all holesneed to come together and some just slip together but once that is done the assembly goes much quicker and is well worth the trouble! It is small and light and makes moving it around very easy! It is nice looking, It starts right up with one click and is proof that smaller things can come it very beneficial packages! I love its simplicity and did a great job on the first meal of steak that was cooked on it! Just as good as any more expensive versions but highly complicated and does just what you need! I highly recommend for anyone that just wants the benefit of having the advantage of over the grill taste at a reasonable price.

Summary: Overall this product is absolutely great, it exceeds my expectations for what I paid. It may only have the two burners; however, this little thing cooks with a capital C! I’ve noticed the heat seems to be very consistent (make sure to level your grill if yours isn’t). I haven’t noticed any hot spots during my use of it. The assembly is a long one; however, the documentation is very good in the instructions. I recommend going slow and not tightening down things until you have ensured it’s straight and level. I would recommend this to a friend who is looking for a no frills grill that does the job on a budget.
Assembly:
Let’s just say that the engineer(s) who designed the parts and packaging earned every bit of his/her wages as far as packing efficiency. This entire grill is made up of parts no longer that ~6″. Doing this by yourself I would say set aside at least 2 hours. Make sure that you take your time to ensure everything is straight before tightening down. There are parts of assembly it would greatly help to have two hands, particularly on the leg/stand section.
Use:
During my maiden voyage I didn’t notice any hot spots on my grill while cooking burger patties. I haven’t used my grill a very long time, so I can’t attest to how it will stand up over time. What I can say is that I plan to keep my grill clean and to keep if covered (I live in Seattle) when not in use. From my experiences with past grills if you take care of them they typically have a long life.
Cleaning:
Cleaning this grill like all other grills I’ve had is a bit of a pain. Of course the grate comes out as do the burner covers; however, lower walls of the grill were covered in fat after cooking some patties. I was able to clean this up with some standard oven and stove cleaner. Make sure to test in a small spot out of sight prior to going crazy with this cleaner (it worked on mine fine without harm to the coating). There are a lot of points that are hard to get to without pulling the pins off the burner rails and moving them. While this can be done it seems like quit a bit of work for something gravity should do.
