Por 3 ocasiones me cambiaron el kit y nunca me llego como en la descripción viene con su tapa roja con emblemas negros y la cubeta con emblema en rojo, aparte con quÃmicos derramados casi inservibles. Atentos para los que vayan adquirir este kit o productos, no te envÃen lo que es y es algo molesto.

But I had already read about others having leaked out. I do wish they would seal these bottles before capping because I ordered a lot of stuff for a new car to get a feel for what works best. And in this kit, I had significant amount of leakage from the yellow suds and shine solution. So much that it turned half the stickers yellow and suds. It smelled good but would have been nicer if I still had product in bottle. I ordered the other bucket also with the foamer and got lucky, no leakage in it. I also ordered the tire stuff window cleaner, other assorted mitts and towels. No problems with any. I salvaged the stickers but they will probably not stick good because the sticky side was so suds. I will leave another review after I use it but right away I can say that all their mitts, sponges, towels were so much better quality, even with the problem with this bucket, I will still order what I need in the future from them. The mitts were impressive amount better especially. I won’t be returning any of it because it could be worse next time. There were so many people with leakages. As great as your products are, they need to be still in the bottle to be able to use.

I wish it had a second bucket. Oh well. But anyways this worked amazing. I ordered this plus some more chemical guys products for tire shine and interior, even their butter wax. Loved them all. Towels are amazing, one towel was enough to dry the entire car. The mitt works amazing too. End results made me feel like a bought a new car. It looked amazing. Well worth it, especially if you’re tired of the local car wash scratching your paint.

My last car was a beater that I washed maybe a couple times a year. My truck gets driven about once every 2 weeks, so I didn’t mind paying a mobile wash guy every couple months. Then I upgraded my daily driver to a car that I want to keep clean, and $40 isn’t something I want in my budget every week. I’d never really been satisfied with my results washing cars, so I’ve always paid someone else. I have a buddy that has taken his own car washing pretty serious for many years referred me to this kit, and a youtube video from a professional detailer. After my first use of this kit, it occurred to me that I’d never used towels to dry a car before…who knew they make that much difference (people that know what they’re doing it turns out).
While this kit does include some stuff I use each wash now, I haven’t used the included towels, the Citrus wash stuff, or the After Wash stuff. I think this kit could would be better if it had 2 buckets, 2 grit guards, and 1 or 2 wheel brushes. If you’re about to drop over $70 on a kit, and you’d like to start washing your car like a professional would, you really should have at least 2 buckets. I’m happy with the mitt, the pink soap, the wheel cleaner and the extra spray model to dilute the wheel cleaner. I also bought, used and like the Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax. Instead of the After Wash stuff, I use this stuff called Hydrate by AMMONYC. And I apply it to a ($30 for 2 pack) of 490gsm Plush Waffle Microfiber. I don’t know what any of that towel stuff means, but it’s what my buddy recommended. And WOW, my first time using the Hydrate with those towels to dry the car, I thought to myself – I’ve never made a car look this good before.
Depending on your vehicle’s wheel size and shape, and the space you have between the tires and the wheel well, you may need 2 wheel brushes. My smaller brush with bigger/softer bristles works better on the surface of my wheels. The gap between my tires and rear wheel wells is just over an inch in some spaces, so I use a different shaped brush for there – and the hard to reach calipers. The 18″ Takavu brush will even bend and clean the portion of my calipers that’s behind the spokes.

My E63S AMG looks amazing after wash and still looks great 2 days after the wash.
What I did and what I personally do. Rinse your car with water first. Use Foam Gun with Mr. Pink and let it sit for a couple minutes. Fill the Chemical Guy Bucket with Citrus Wash&Gloss. After rinse and it’s up to you but I like to completely dry the car and then use the After Wash Spray instead of using it while wet.
On my last photos are the dirt and tree saps that is on my car. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. It made my baby look amazing for days. Looking forward to wash her again.

The products are awesome! Does the job with ease!However… the contents of the bucket were not secured enough / shipping caused them to shift & now the bucket doesn’t snap closed.

This is a great set to cover a home wash. The citrus wash works great on a white vehicle. The after wash spray does speed up the drying. A little goes a long way when using a large microfiber towel.

Los productos estan bien, sin embargo el embalaje es pésimo. Vino abierto el after wash si bien no se regó mucho. El empaquetado deja mucho que desear. Apunto estuve de regresarlo si tenia otro mal sellado.

Kit really has everything you need as a good jumping off point into car washing with Chemical Guys. I’ve never used any products from them before but I’ve heard the name. So its nice to get a good sample of what they have to offer. Soaps are really nice to use and gave my cars a great shine. The drying micro fiber towels work great and it’s nice that it all fits into a convenient bucket. The After Wash product is nice and it definitely helps prevent water spots and aid in drying. But after using it on two vehicles the bottle is already about 1/2 empty and I’m trying to evaluate if this product is worth its cost. I gave this kit 4 stars for value because of the cost of some of the products from Chemical Guys. The kit itself is great, just the price of some of the products from Chemical guys makes me wonder if they’re truly worth it. I guess only time will tell.
