Just My Opinion –
Bought this for my 99 Pontiac WS6 after checking numberous youtube videos and liked the look and soundbytes of these. Picked this as I was told these were the quietest system with this amount of flow. The look is phenominal but the exhaust is way louder on my car than those on youtube but I have shorty stainless headers and random technology high flow cats with a little motorwork. Really large pipes that barely clear everything. Very good quality pipes and very good fit. Have headers, random tech. high flow catalytic and a Flowmaster cat-back on my 93 Formula and this Corsa system is way louder under throttle. Love the look and quality but wish it was a bit quieter as I live in an area where towns need revenue and cops are quota happy.

Busted out the install out in about 6-8 hours and honestly I don’t even think I read the instructions. Just referencing the diagram when figuring out the orientation. Not a single rattle or vibration from any part of the system. Not long after putting it on I went on a 4 hour road trip and had absolutely no issues with drone or wanting to wanting to wear earplugs due to the noise level. Simply put it is the perfect daily driver exhaust with enough punch to have some fun.

Put this Corsa Cat-back on my 2002 Z28 which is mostly stock, just bolt ons. It replaced a Flowmaster 17199 kit that was on the car when I bought it, so I will compare the two to each other. My car has Hooker ceramic coated long tubes, and an off-road y pipe not sure which manufacturer (no catalytic converters).
As far as sound, they both were comparable. The Flowmaster seemed a little louder at idle, and was a little louder/droning at part throttle. The Corsa is a little bit raspier and seems to be louder at wide open throttle. The Corsa is also very nice at highway speeds and around town. I do prefer the Corsa sound over the Flowmaster.
As far as fit, they are close but I think the Flowmaster pipe that went up and over the axle had a better bend on it. The Corsa over-axle pipe is close to the floorpan and also close to the crossmember/support for the panhard bar. The main difference in fit is the tailpipes and muffler. My Corsa muffler hangs down far enough that I can not get a floor jack under the center of the differential anymore (car is lowered with BMR springs). The case on the Corsa is a little bigger and is a little angled front to back and slopes down a little to the driver’s side to get the tailpipes tucked tight to the bumper. It does not rub anywhere.
Only real issue is that the drain holes in the muffler are on the wrong side of the case, they point up! i drilled two on the correct side and do not anticipate any issues. That issue is the only reason I can not give it 5 stars.
