Items are as described, provided in a thin plastic case without instructions for correct drill size to drill prior to inserting extractor.
Extractor is square on top, to fit a standard T-Handle unit to rotate – this is important.
No torque rating in in/lbs, newtons or ft/lbs provided to ensure too much torque not applied that exceeds extractor design.
#2 extractor rounded off using t-handle properly torqued to prevent rotation.
#3 extractor shattered into multiple pieces using t-handle properly torqued to prevent rotation.
I am contacting for additional information on lifetime warranty as I have always had good experience with crafstman warranty.

These do work on rusty automotive parts but be careful on the smaller ones because they will snap.

you’ll simply just need to use a drill bit (not included) a bit smaller than the extractor to make a deep enough hole in the screw, then use the extractor in reverse to bring the screw out! took a while to get it to work, but got this sucker out
