These strings are good for a beginner who is learning the different strings. However, the quality of the strings is really bad. I noticed a stark difference when I started playing. Don’t get these if you’re just looking for some fun strings. They’re really only good for if you need to learn the strings.

I’ve used other brand guitar strings they never snapped on me and lasted for very long time but these strings aren’t strong enough. It’s better you get a professional to string it for you which isn’t 100% break proof or else you risk snapping the thinnest string even before you start using your guitar.

Yea these are just WAY too light. I put them on my Martin just for an open mic night because they use UV lights and yea they looked really fantastic but the sound……ugh. Too tinny. Sound really bad. They sound like they belong on a $20 first act toy guitar. I got nice feed back on the looks but I just hated the way these strings sound.

Le ho montate ieri sera e sono rimasta veramente molto delusa.
Come si vede dalla foto, soprattutto il mi cantino sta perdendo tutta il colore suonando in modo diverso rispetto ai punti in cui la patina colorata è ancora presente.
Dal mio acquisto di queste corde ho aspettato a montarle perché aspettavo di avere un po’ di tempo in più per potermelo godere e quindi quale momento migliore delle festività natalizie?

These are awesome strings for beginners. They sound better than similar strings for the cost and the colors make it easy for someone new to guitar to get the hang of it.
Haven’t had any of them break yet, not even when stringing them to the guitar.
The sound is bright, and they stay in tune for the most part.
The guitar I bought this for is a classical acoustic and these work just fine.

I purchased the guitar at Goodwill and it had these strings on it so I ordered replacements, they look great, sounds great and I took it back to Goodwill and found a child to give it to…maybe the next Eddie Van Halen.

I got these just for Rocksmith. I already play guitar, but sometimes I had trouble finding the right strings fast enough.
So I thought “hey maybe I should try these colored strings”. They definitely helped.
I can associate the colors faster than just identifying the string by location. (I am dyslexia so I’m sure that doesn’t help)
My changes are much faster and accurate for songs I’ve never played before.
Which let’s me advance the mastery of a song much more quickly and get to the full song.
The sound is bright and clean. They’ve held up pretty good from heavy playing 1-4 hour a day since they’ve arrived.
The coating has flaked off a bit where the pick strikes on the B and high E. But I honestly expected that.
Especially when you play the Pixies – Where is my mind, over and over.
The low E coating has held up surprisingly well considering all the banging on that in damn near every other song in rocksmith! lol
Not a single sign of abuse thus far.
I HIGHLY suggest these strings for any Rocksmith player.
If you already play guitar, they make learning a fresh song and speeding up mastery a cinch. They also sound great.
For the novice, these are indispensable. You really need to get these strings.
I’ve sat people down that have never touched a guitar, and the combo of these strings + Rocksmith, I’m amazed at how well they play.
