Kick drum pedal does not work, no way to contact seller to send a replacement pedal only, i do not want to send back the whole drumset. Please advise
Update: seller reached out, sent instructions on how to assist with fixing the problem. My nephew was able to get it working with these tips, no further issues. Great response by the seller to quickly resolve our issue with satisfaction.

(Audio was recorded with my phone next to my headphones, the sound quality is much better then the video) I would say first hand that this drum kit is 100% worth the money even for an adult, Im 19 and 5’10 and the set fits me perfectly, It was very simple to setup, has bluetooth installed in the drum module so you can connect to your phone or pc really easy with no wires, that way then you can stream music and play along while being able to hear your own drums, I also got 2 pairs of sticks instead of 1, tons of different sounds and very good sound quality, there was no delay or mis inputs for me so far. I got this item on the exact date given which I was very happy about, I would definitely recommend this as a starter kit for a child or an adult themselves who would like to learn.
Only downside is the headphones that come with it are not so comfy but there pretty decent for stock head phones, stool isn’t to comfy but would be good for somebody who is a smaller/shorter build.

Muy buen producto, fácil de instalar, buen sonido y la posibilidad de ajustar la sensibilidad de cada componente es bastante útil. Solo tomar en cuenta que está pensando para niños y adolescentes, es mi primer baterÃa eléctrica y no consideré ese punto, los tambores son algo pequeños. De ahà en fuera todo OK.

Great drum set! Bought it for my 11 year old son. Easy to setup-He was able to set it up with very little help in about 30 minutes. Once set up we found the sound to be great and the controls easy to figure out. There are lots of options. Unfortunately the base pedal was not working at first. The company was amazing when I reached out for support. They helped me trouble shoot and were very responsive. I connected with them via phone, Facebook and email – all of which where responded to. They sent me a replacement part and when that did not work they sent a new set! While waiting for the set to be fixed my son figured out how to change the sound on the individual drums and adjusted tom 4 to sound like a bass so he could still make some use of it.
the new set has worked perfectly!
Really great company, glad we just reached out rather than returning.

I purchased this mini drum kit expecting that you get what you pay for. It comes with a real cheap mono headset so I plugged in or regular headset turns out the sound plays only in one ear. So then I hooked an external stereo amplifier and speakers that I already had.
After about five minutes of playing the drum kit, there was some weird distortion happening. I tried several times and finally reached out to customer support within 2 days of receiving it.
Bella promptly replied, instructed me to make sure all the cables are properly installed and fitting snug. Tested again and the problem persisted. Now they asked me for a video recording evidence of the problem.
After a little bit of back-and-forth emails, they decided to replace the control unit, a.k.a. the brain and new cables. Now, everything works fine after the replacement.
I liked the fact that they were methodical and understood, resolved the problem as fast as possible.
The foot pedals are wimpy and trigger unnecessarily, even with the slightest foot movement. Other than that, it works as advertised.
