I love this set! Great quality construction and value! After using for few months I’ve purchased three more as gifts. They are comfortable and results are impressive. I purchased as regular workout equipment. The gifts were to parents for hand strengthening. All have reported significant hand strengthening and dexterity. There are quite a few different exercises that can build forearms and finger strength. If people used sooner in life these can prevent weakness as aging. Highly recommend!

TL;DR: It’s great, it’s well priced, comes with potentially useless items, might not last forever.
The product has worked as it’s supposed to, it feels cheaply designed, as it’s made out of plastic. The hinge isn’t very tight, when squeezed it often goes too far to the side instead of aligning with the handle itself.
The spring can be adjusted anywhere between 10 to 132 pounds of resistance by twisting the knob on the front.
The handle has a button-based counter that clicks every time you do a rep and it goes up to 99 before resetting.
Resetting this counter can be a hassle and the clicking can be annoying.
It comes with a stress ball that has a very gross feeling and texture, it may not bother some people but it looked and felt odd to me.
It comes with a ring that you can squeeze and a finger resistor that I didn’t really care much for.
I’ve had the product for a few days and it’s great, I use it every time I’m watching something, though I wish I could take the button off, the counter ticking can be annoying.

Bought these for a little hand exercise why I and recuperating form my surgery. They seem to be well built not sure if I like the design of the handles for squeezing and what not. They have good tension and the counter built in is nice to have. They don’t really make noise besides the clicking noise when squeezing. Value for the price I would say yes with all you get and a carry bag for all of it.

This kit keeps my hand busy. I feel that I have stronger wrists, hands and fingers anfter a little over a month’s use. This doesn’t cure arthritis and carpal tunnel, but it will make your hands a bit stronger than before.
