I have been several of these over the years and never had a problem with them. This one is defective. The egg crate didn’t expand properly and no one answered the phone. I emailed them and they replaced the egg foam with a new one. I’m very pleased with the response. I will buy it again next time

One side of the bed foam remains flat, flat, flat. Per instructions, I waited 48 hours, but one side had not risen at all.
I will give this a bit more time, but otherwise, I will return this product. Even if it does fluff up as advertised, the out-of-the-box experience is underwhelming.
Also – a warning to Canadian customers – the FurHave Pet Product warranty does NOT apply to us. I registered (I was forced to accept spam as part of registering), and the fine print says there is no warranty coverage for Canada, Alaska or Hawaii. Boo on you FurHaven.

I’ve gotten two of these for my old lady shihtzu. Their beautiful and sturdy, easy to care for and give her room to stretch out of cuddle on a corner. I love the gorgeous green.

The title should say it all. Hahaha!!! We have two seniors. Our oldest boy isn’t flexible so always struggled fitting on the typical XL beds from the pet store so in my search I found this bed. We bought it. And he loved it. He can roll around with no fear of falling off the bed, thanks to the bumpers (and he’s also learned if he lies down with his bum on the bumpers it’s easier for him to get up on his own). Then our other senior decided she loved the bed enough that she wanted one too and would steal it anytime he got up for a drink, food or a leg stretch. So now…. we have 2 of these gigantic beds taking up half of our living room. Worth every penny.

Just got this bed today and we are OBSESSED! First of all the Celadon seafoam green color is STUNNING and looks exactly as pictured. As soon as I put it down, my dog climbed right in, tail wagging! I think it’s safe to say he approves…. he’s made himself at home already and has been catching zZZ’s all afternoon. I love how aesthetically pleasing this bed is, the fact that it’s machine washable, and the material really seems well made, soft, and comfy with good support. It’s the perfect size for my 55+ lb puppers (I got the Large and just followed the recommended size based on my dog’s size and weight!) He’s got plenty of room to lay and readjust, but at the same time still nice and cozy! The raised edges are perfect as he likes to snuggle up against them. Would 10/10 recommend!!
UPDATE: I upgraded my dog’s bed last year to one with more joint support. This bed is great for what it is, but I did realize over time it wasn’t giving my dog the right support for his joints. This bed comes with egg crate foam. If you’re looking for something with better support and a true orthopedic bed, I would recommend a different brand.

I have 5 dogs and actually bought the super huge size for my Great Danes. Both of them can fit in it at the same time. Unfortunately, they all start chewing on it, and the foam / stuffing is coming out within 3-4 months. While VERY comfortable for the dogs, and they love it, the fact that it is so easily destroyed is causing me to hesitate to buy another. They are too expensive to lose one every 4 months.

Foam is substantial — feels soft but does not squish down when our 80 pound dog lays on it. Tall, plush bumpers. Our dog sleeps like a baby in this bed and I would order again.

This bed would have been perfect except unfortunately the foam is completely uneven, on one side it is 5 inches thick and advertised, however on the other side it is only two inches thick, there for the who bed is slanted.

5month old Great Dane named Pluto. Roughly 70lbs all legs- bought the jumbo plus ! This bed takes up the entire side of the floor on my bed, but since we don’t allow him on our bed it’s absolutely perfect. The sides are high enough to cuddle him in and give him a head rest we sticks his head over. He can curl up or spread out and has room!! He will definitely get bigger but he has the space to do so on here. The green is more of a sea foam – it’s super comfortable – I lay on it regularly with him for cuddles. My only complaint is I with the side supports were a little more structured and supportive – they’re pretty squishy but still so the job and not a problem so I won’t take a star for that. I haven’t had to wash it other than spot clean so far so cannot attest to how it holds up with that yet. It is holding up extremely well considering he isn’t that much of a digger more of a jump/diver (like a fox) and he’ll just jump/dive 20 times or so and then lay down 🤷🏽♀️🫠😅🥰

I bought this recently for my senior dog so she would have some extra comfort. It arrived on time, and is as described – soft, with a supportive bottom, plus bolsters along the back and sides. My pup likes it, and seems to be spending more time in it than her previous smaller bed. My only issue was that the bolster does not extend all the way around. I have a spot in the front where the insides do not extend all the way to the edge. As the zipper only goes one way, the problem was not apparent until I was at the end and the insides didn’t go far enough. Not a big problem, but is the reason I did not give this 5 stars.
