I got the medium bed for my standard 20lb dachshund, who likes to be cuddled up under a blanket. He really likes this bed! This is a pretty good bed, and I’d buy it again. The reason for only 4 stars is that the opening doesn’t stay upright, the outer fabric is thin, and the foam isn’t very thick. It could be better quality in that sense, but does the job.

3 YEAR REVIEW – Everything is still intact, even with multiple washes – See last 2 pictures. WOULD BUY AGAIN! Very thick mattress has held up with all the burrowing.
RECENTLY BOUGHT – We love ours! It’s bigger than I thought, it will fit our dachshund and toy poodle together. They have figured out how to sleep on top or Burrough inside. Zipper is strong enough, very soft, and the mat is plush for at least 10-12 lbs without giving. The tube may not last, he already started chewing it, but it works without. I can replace the tube on my own. Love the color too!

Our French bulldog weighs about 27 pounds. She has plenty of room to snuggle into the 26 inch base bed and she seems to love it. My only issue with this bed is the plastic tubing. There was no opening in the cover’s edge to feed the tubing into so I made one. The tubing however will not stay in place. The velcro on the one side is not able to hold tubing this big. As soon as she gets into the bed it falls out and over. I’ll find a way to fasten it more securely, but was not expecting to have to rig a brand new bed we paid quite a bit of money for. Overall it’s a keeper but a wee bit disappointing.

Pup review on “Snuggery Round Burrow Pet Bed”. My hoomans bought me the 26” bed, as a 10 week old pup it is was very spacious, comfy, cozy, soft and EXTREAMELY durable. I am able to dig, run around inside and lay down comfortably on this bed. My hooman mummy noticed white snuggly faux lamb’s wool would decorate her floor every time I was digging, but it is still in good condition and mum’s Roomba eats all the fluff anyway. She like the fact it is easy to wash and assembly after the wash is quick. I am a few weeks older now and my mum had to remove the tubing since I love to bite on the on the Velcro that keeps the plastic loop in place. My hoomans are very happy with this purchase. (NOTE: I am a Basenji mix, 16 weeks old and about 11lbs.)

Our pup loves his dog bed. He loves to hide inside the dog bed and loves that there is an attached blanket type cover so he can burrow deep into the bed.
The bed is light and fluffy. There is plenty of padding in the bed for the pup.
Setting up the bed was also super easy. You let the cushion foam come to size and cover with the included cover for.

My Scottie already has an igloo bed but the base was rather flat. The Furhaven formaldehyde-free Certipur foam with a roof sounded like a good upgrade.
But my Scottie has other ideas. She obliges by sleeping inside, under the roof on our requests. On her own, her preference is to sleep ON the roof, challenging the curvature & bending strength of the plastic rod that’s threaded through the roof fabric to lift the roof at the entrance. See attached pics.
So now she’s left to her own devices, introducing another way to use the bed! 9/10 of the time on the roof, 1/10 only obligingly.
Nothing wrong with the bed if your pup embraces a cave & blanket idea. I took a star off as the roof could have been better shaped with another plastic rod to lift the middle part of the roof so that the fabric is lifted and doesn’t act like a blanket?

This really helps keep my Dachshund relaxed. She seems to be less anxious and cuddles up nicely in it. The Orthopaedic mattress is very thick and gives her enough stability when entering and comfort when sleeping.

Really cute bed! A little too small for my Boston terrier to get in and snuggly but perfect for my French bulldog who LOVES snuggling in this bed. Perfect for doggies to hide toys and curl up and stay warm. Easy to remove the inner memory foam and wash the outside. We’ve washed it a few times (puppy accidents) and it’s held up really well. The only downside to this bed is the tubing that holds the flap open. The velcrow that closes the pocket where the tubing goes is not strong enough and the tubing will pop out as your dog gets comfy or plays inside it. My puppy took to chewing on this tubing when it popped out so we just took it out and she can still get inside. Would have loved for the tubing to stay inside properly but still really like the bed. Want to order another, bigger one but am afraid we will have the same issue with the tubing. Still happy with the bed overall. Will update if anything changes

Our jack Russell loves this bed. Sometimes he likes to lay on top of it but once he’s ready to sleep he burrows into the bed and is out! It’s very soft and must be very cozy and comfortable because he uses it every chance he gets. Our cat also enjoys it and I will sometimes find her in or on it stealing a quick nap. We ended up purchasing 2 of these because it was such a big hit at our house.

The pole that supports the blanket opening only had a pocket to secure it on one side. It would not stay up at all no matter what we did. My dog also didn’t like laying on and gravitated to the other dogs bed. He was also scared of the cave part so I had to return it. When it came out of the package, the color was beautiful but it was hard to put the foam in the case and use the wand to make it into a cave bed. I was disappointed with this product but the sellers were gracious to honor the return and refund.
